Beach-inspired decor adds charm throughout this fourth-floor condo. Enjoy views of the emerald waters and sensational sunsets over the Gulf on your private balcony. After a day in the sun, stretch out in the living area and watch favorite shows on the TV. Prepare home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. WHAT’S NEARBY
A quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a popular destination for snowbirds and seabirds that boasts an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, the area is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the U.S.

THINGS TO KNOW
As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
