Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you lounge beside the complex's beachside pool, or take a leisurely soak in the on-site hot tub. Also located beachside, the shared grill area offers the ideal perch for afternoon barbecues. Marvel at spectacular sunsets and peekaboo beach views from the comfort of your third-floor condo's private balcony. The balcony is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The interior of the condo boasts a spacious, open floor plan. Channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen that features granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats two. An adjacent dining table seats six to home-cooked meals.

THINGS TO KNOW
The complex will be undergoing construction throughout 2023.
From January to mid-March, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Saturday and the noise will be disruptive.
From mid-March until the end of May - the construction will affect an apartment - completely excluded from rental (already blocked)
From June-July, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. Monday - Saturday and the noise will be disruptive.
From August-December, construction hours are from 8.30 a.m. - 3 p.m. but will occur on the other side of the building, so the noise should not be troublesome.
The living room has a double sofa bed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
