This 2bd/2ba, ocean view condo is located in a quiet section of Myrtle Beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this recently renovated condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.

This 15th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This well maintained unit has two ocean-facing balconies, one walk-in shower and one shower/tub combo, a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer & dryer in unit. Each of the stylishly decorated bedrooms has a balcony with ocean views, flat screen TV & ensuite bathroom.

Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-Sur-Mer is located in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient. Our second year at Mansions Sur Mer

I REALLY like the location of this building, that we came back 2 yrs in a row. We stayed on the other side of the building this year, with the Pier and pool view and this unit didn't disappoint. Check in/out was seamless!

Perfect condo

We loved our stay the condo was nice and clean with great views! We love the Masions property and everyone is super nice especially the security guard he’s a really nice guy we loved talking to him! Great stay we will be back next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a few complaints. Maine issue was thag the main balcony slider does not have a lock and we were on the 15th floor and wa have a 1 year old 6 year old. The pull out mattress was very dirty and we were unable to use it. Lastly my wife found a hand full of beef sticks in the green chair. Other than that we had a great time. The pool was nice and we had pretty easy access to the beach. Just wish the tiki bar stayed open past 6 but luckily there was a little dive bar across the street that was open.

2024 Summer Vacation

We love this resort!

We love MSM and have stayed there many times before. This was our first time in this condo and we loved it. Comfortable living room furniture for six people. Enough beds. The kitchen has most everything needed for a long stay. Having linens as part of the package was nice. Chairs and beach toys in the front closet. All we needed was beach towels. We will be back!

Nice Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very spacious. The pool area is clean and not over crowded even in July. The kitchen needs updated and the dishes in the cupboard were very dirty. We did not realize we had to go to the realty company before we could check in. That was a huge inconvenience that was not realized until our car was unloaded and we were at the door of the condo. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay here again.

pleasant view and enjoyable.

The view over the ocean was excellent. There were some minor problems regarding maintenance such as poor functioning of laundry drier, poor connection of lamp chord to wall outlet, burned out light bulb, poor connection of shower head to water pipe resulting in water leaking during shower. However those inconveniences did not affect our enjoyable stay.

very clean

Very clean and nice. Great locations with 24 hr security. Check in was not so easy, check in office is about 7 miles away. The door does have a keyless entry. Not sure why pass for pool and lobby can't be left in unit. When checking out you have to also bring pass back to mangement company.

Fair for all sort of reasons

Condo is a bit dated. particularly the kitchen appliances. mattress in master was awful. in crying need to be changed. we actually stayed in the 2 bed guest room instead and had a much better experience. all of these little things would have been wiped-off if the weather had been nicer temperature was in mid-seventies. and... we did not know about bike week which was happening while we were there. so needless to say it was very noisy in Myrtle beach.

Dated but super clean!

We absolutely loved the property! It was super clean even if it did feel like stepping into a scene from the Golden Girls! We loved the pool bar, but wished it had longer hours throughout each day. 6:00 is early to close. Negatives: checking in was not convenient at all. The fact that you have a one hour window to check in and the office closes at 5 was not a good policy. No one wants to take time away from vacation to drive 15 minutes past the property to pick up keys. Then we had to return the following morning to sign paperwork that we had already signed online. We saw a North Beach Realty car on property so that would be way more convenient for them to come to you!

Was decent.

Views were gorgeous. Pool, gym, and beach access all fantastic. Layout of condo was good. Area of condo in good distance from attractions, food and groceries stores. But in an area where your not over saturated with people on vacations. It made it more personable and enjoyable. The only issue we really had was the cockroaches, that was a bit much for me. Throughout the whole building.. condo, gym and pool area. Thankfully only on was noted in the condo which we got ride of quickly. Didn’t note any in cupboard or anything else which was great. I rewashed linen because it looked as if it never had been done and smelled as if it wasn’t done either. Once washed all was good to go. With a few minor changes we would definitely be back next year.

Always a Pleasure

We are spoiled at this point. Not sure how we'll ever go back... to staying anywhere other than Maisons Sur Mer, that is. It's quiet. Beautiful views. Family friendly. They were doing construction in the main lobby, but even that just wasn't a big deal. Easy, comfortable living for a peaceful get away. The price is high, for sure - so many extra taxes and fees. But that's everywhere. We stayed in the exact same condo last year, and I can confirm that the new property manager is doing a much better job. The condo needs some serious updates. The oven, microwave and dishwasher are ancient - i tried to figure out the wattage for the microwave when we were making popcorn and discovered it was manufactured in 1998. lol - but everything worked and was clean, so I can't complain! Very pleased with our stay. I don't love that you have to go to the actual property management location to check in and drop off key fobs when you check out. That's definitely an inconvenience. But not enough to sway us from trying to book the same place again, next summer. Feels like our new "home away from home".

Maisons sur Mer. Condo 1510

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior and furnishings of the condo is old and needs updating. The bathrooms were not clean. The second bedroom dresser and all the drawers were broken. One queenbed headboard was broken. The bed spreads in both bedrooms were worn and had torn edges. The furniture on 2 of the balconies was worn and the carpet was worn to the concrete on these balconies. Several a/c electric outlets did not work and did not have covers on them. This was hazardous. Several lamps were broken. We made a decision to stay because our grandchildren were arriving from out of town. I feel we were taken advantage of because we were not told of the condition of this condo. North Beach did send a maintenance person to fix the bed and dresser. I bought the cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms so we could stay. I have stayed at Several other condos at this location and the accommodations were nice. As North Beach Reality is the agent for owner. It was their responsibility to make us aware of the condition of this condo and they did not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a Great time staying at Maison Sur Mer. The condo had a great view of the ocean and up the beach. We had a few issues that were addressed and fixed while we were there, but would advise the owner to repair the washer as it was a little noisy and the microwave needs to be replaced as the screen did not work. The only other issue was that the second bedroom was suppose to have 2 queen beds, but they were really only doubles, would have been nice if the second bedroom had a king bed as well, as our group was 2 couples. Enjoyed our stay, we love this building💕
