Make some memories at this unique family-friendly lake barn. This is a brand-new build, that is within walking distance to the beach, and boat launch. This home has it all, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a game room with a ping pong table that turns into an air hockey table, a dart board, and a large checker`s game mat. Outdoor fun includes a new fire pit. There is a completely furnished kitchen with all appliances, and utensils that might be needed for your stay, along with an outdoor propane grill.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, guest room 1 has a queen size bed, and the bunk room has a bunk bed with a twin over a full-size bed.
There is an additional queen size air mattress in the master closet as well for kids.

The entire house is available for guest use, except the queen bedroom closet.
This is reserved for the house cleaners supplies.

Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the lake. The public beach and boat launch are both within 4 blocks northwest of the house.

Speed limit is 15 mph in this small residential area, most of the roads are gravel.
There is enough parking for 4 vehicles, and boats in both driveways.

**No pets or any type of Smoking are allowed at all! **
*This is a Non-Smoking, NO Pets Allowed home for rent.
(The owners have really bad allergies, and 1 has asthma and they stay at this house themselves.)
Please don`t leave the garage bay doors up; while running the mini split, or air conditioner unit.
Garbage day is Tuesday mornings, please put all trash out at the end of the main drive on Monday evening.
