• Free residents’ swimming pool located just 30 steps away
• Complimentary use of paddle board and kayak for this unit
• Outdoor dining table and seating for 8 guests
• Indoor dining table and seating for 8 guests
• Modern counter stools in the kitchen

Very well appointed beautiful home right on the beach! We loved every aspect of the home. Check in and out was very easy. My wife is a chef so the kitchen being fully complete with everything was a big plus! Decent quality pots and pans as well. I highly recommend this place! It’s nice to have the solitude but you’re not a long drive from the crowds and everything else Nassau has to offer.

Stay was fantastic - any issues were minor (such as the rinse hose in the back being broken). The rear deck is amazing for catching a sunrise or watching the stars at night.Access was simple and we had no problems during our time.

What a beautiful property. It was paradise and we had a great time snorkelling, kayaking and paddleboarding. Mike the host was very quick to respond to messages I sent and a couple of small issues we had were dealt with immediately. Will definitely return. It was perfect.

10 STARS If you are thinking about renting this place, don't hesitate - you will not be disappointed. We had an amazing time at this property for 2 weeks! The house is absolutely gorgeous!!! Right on the beach and because it is a private beach, it is never crowded. As we were settling in during the first few days there, Mike was SUPER helpful with advice and even helped us get our floaties inflated. Communication was amazing! Some Highlights and Things to Know!* We felt 1000% safe driving our rental car around the island going to different shops and restaurants* There is a guy that rents Jetskis right there at the beach* Kitchen is well stocked - bring kcups because they have a machine - WOOT!* Bring snorkeling gear if you like that activity - just in this beach alone, we saw octopus, a stingray, tons of conch, seastars and colorful fish* The Pink Octopus Restaurant is so close and you don't need a membership to use it - fav dish was coconut curry shrimp - oh and the guacamole is AMAZING* Bring a flashlight if you want to walk on the beach and look for critters in the rocks if the night waves are calm - you will see crab, fish, and maybe an octopus like us! * You don't need beach shoes - the beach is soft sand with a few rocks here or there - swimming is great too. Some areas where there are rocks, but you can avoid them and still get into the deep water* The water at the beach has some waves, but perfect for little swimmers and for adults - it is really stunning

The villa was as stunningly beautiful as the view from the patio/balcony. Between the indoor games and the equipment for water entertainment, there was not much need to leave the property too often for activities.

Relaxation at its best!

We visited the property in late April/early May with three kids (ages 2-8) and grandparents. The townhouse had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, and the location couldn't be beat. Walking right out of our covered porch onto the sand was absolute heaven. There were other families around over the weekend, but by Monday/Tuesday we had the beach to ourselves. The water was stunning and warm -- deep enough to swim, but shallow enough at low tide for the kids to watch fish and jump the waves. The pool is close enough to this unit that we didn't need to wear shoes -- but far enough away that we didn't hear other families using it. It was a little too hot to spend much time at the playground or tennis/pickleball courts, but I was glad to have them available to us. We used the paddleboard and kayak to explore the nearby marina. The new grocery store down the street was so convenient and well stocked.The two drawbacks -- and these are very minor -- were that the kitchen is tight (definitely a one person situation) and the only walkable restaurant is a little overpriced and food is underwhelming. That said, we went three times because the location was perfect, we didn't have to worry about getting a table, and the views were stunning.I've been to a lot of Caribbean and Bahamian locations and this one is right up at the top! We would go back in a heartbeat.

FIVE STARS!

Our family of 8 (including 2 toddlers) had an amazing stay at this beach front house! It was perfect for our family getaway -- immaculately clean, fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and just steps from the ocean! Mike was fantastic - very easy to communicate with throughout the process, friendly and very responsive. Mike provided an extensive guide prior to our arrival with very thoughtful recommendations for anything you could possibly want during your stay. We could not have asked for a better experience. Love & Leave you but can't wait to return!!

Beachfront getaway

Great having the beach at our doorstep. Very spacious and all you need accommodations. Access to tennis and pickleball courts an added bonus :-)

Beautiful Peaceful Stay

Our family of 5 adults spent a week at this property. Interior was very clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen is well-equipped and included items not usually found in vacation homes. (ex.,lettuce spinner). We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beach and the incredible views. The one day it rained, we sat on the covered back deck playing cards. Mike was incredibly responsive to all questions and requests. If our travels take us back to this area, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stunning!

What a relaxing and amazing experience we had staying at Palm Cay. The view was stunning and having the ocean right in front of our unit created an unforgettable experience for our 11 year old son. The restaurant on site was perfect and we eat there everyday. A few helpful tips: pack beach shoes to use in the water and if you are a coffee drinker our unit had a Nespresso machine. I promise you will love this VRBO!

Beautiful beach house

From the moment we drove into Palm Cay resort and then saw our beautiful beach house we were so happy. The view from the back patio is amazing and so peaceful. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. The house is in immaculate condition and has everything that you need in the kitchen. We loved paddle boarding and kayaking plus just hanging out on the beach. Mike was an amazing owner to work with and we could not ask for a better vacation. Mike worked with us when our flight was cancelled and we were able to add an extra day. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Holiday Stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful, spacious beachfront property on Starfish Isle in Palm Cay the week of Christmas. It certainly lived up to the name as many little starfish were found and promptly returned to their home in the sea.The property was perfect with paddle board, kayak, snorkeling gear and small beach toys. Plenty of towels and clean rooms and fabulous views from upstairs balcony as well as downstairs patio.This property is gorgeous.Mike was helpful in responding quickly to a question we had about the tv, but our teens figured out that it worked just fine. It was a beautiful time to visit and we had no problems with finding a restaurant or coffee.Things certainly move slower there, so we learned to ease into a very pleasant pace.It was just perfect!!

The house is located in a really nice gated community that has a marina. It is right on the beach and is a really big and comfortable home! The host, Mike, has been wonderful and very responsive. We had an amazing time in Nassau!

You can't beat the view from this unit, and the gated resort is lovely, very quiet and relaxing. The restaurant has excellent food you can just walk over for dinner

Family holiday and celebration

Stunning views, a great place to unwind. The hosts were great and very helpful, the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Access to the beach and ocean could not have been easier and tennis/pickleball courts along with the playground were first rate. The whole family truly enjoyed their time spent!
