We had a wonderful stay! Penny was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful in providing clear, detailed instructions in the home manual, which made everything easy and seamless. The home was in the perfect location, and the view was absolutely amazing! We especially loved the relaxing sitting area by the pool, which was spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate our entire party. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and spend quality time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Penny’s home to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We would happily return!

Fantastic vacation rental... period. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, wonderful host with great communication, amazing location, perfect in every way. The water cooler with bottled water is a great touch because I hate having to go to the store to buy water as soon as I get somewhere. The small beach within the complex is as nice as any beach on the island. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a great coffee shop/bar. I would love to stay there again.

Everything was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to stay. Our host was very accommodating and friendly. The home was very spacious, impeccably decorated, and had everything you could ever need. We have rented other homes through VRBO and this one by far is the absolute best. If we ever go back to the Bahamas I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and were very impressed with this home. The location is excellent- secluded, quiet, and right on the ocean, which made it the perfect place to relax.The house was extremely clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating both inside and outside. The pool was excellent and was definitely one of the highlights of the property.Communication with the owner was also outstanding. They stayed in touch throughout our stay and were always very responsive whenever we had a question.Nothing about the property disappointed us. It exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Bahamas. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Super convenient to grocery, resorts, airport, and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond! The house was very well stocked with all the supplies you could need. Beautiful home! We had the best time. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful place. Felt so inviting and welcoming. My family and I loved staying here. Loved the space, pool and ocean views. Easy to go and see the sights here in Nassau! We would stay here again and again.

Amazing Stay!

I visited Penny’s home with 6 other friends for 4 days. We had an amazing time! Penny, the owner, was great with communicating everything. The location is perfect with many restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches very close by. My friends and I can all recommend staying here!

The house was all it said it was and just what we were looking for. Penny, the host, was attentive, respectful of our privacy and trustworthy. We called her about an issue with the gate and she called back almost immediately. The gate was fixed promptly. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything one might need (of course not food), the beds and living room furnishings were comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had a wonderful view of the ocean which proved to be relaxing in the morning while I enjoyed my coffee from the balcony. Of course the private pool was a plus. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a safe, clean and relaxing vacation rental.

Beautiful, perfect property

This property was perfect for our group, 3 couples, 2 children. Lovely gathering living, dining, outdoor spaces. Also 3 BR w en-suite baths! Penny was incredibly accommodating and generous, a perfect host. We also liked the area and access to restaurants and shops in Sandyport. Thank you Penny!

Penny was the MOST gracious host and her beautiful home did not disappoint! She was always available for questions and recommendations before our stay, during our stay and very accommodating upon checking out. It was a family vacation... all adults. So nice that everyone had their own bedroom with a private bathroom too! The kitchen was well stocked. The views were beautiful! All of Penny's recommendations were spot on. She provided so much information and helpful hints. She was a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to visit Nassau - this is a great place to stay. The private beach for the complex was clean and fun and she had so many items to use in the garage in the ocean... Kayaks, paddle board, floaties, noodles, snorkel gear, cart to carry things in, beach chairs, more. I can't speak highly enough about our visit!!!! Beautiful home on the water

This home is as advertised! Beautiful water views and very tranquil. Gorgeous home. Penny is a very kind host that has done a tremendous job of decorating her home to make you feel like you are truly in the Bahamas. This is also a very well stocked home, with utensils and your cooking essentials. This part of the island is about 20-30 min away from downtown, so you’ll need to have transportation to get you around. We had a local driver, Kenton, who is fantastic. Highly recommend him. Within walking distance is Sandyport with some good restaurants. We stayed at Atlantis for the first half of our trip and at this VRBO for the second half. Outside of the Atlantis time, the highlights of our vacation were 1. going on a Powersport Adventure tour to swim with pigs and various sea creatures, 2. Eating at the local fish fry (must do for great local food) and 3. Just relaxing at the home. This was the first time in the Bahamas and we can’t wait to go back!

Penny's home was even better in person than in the photos. We are 3 couples from all over Canada, that came to Bahamas for a quick reunion - spent 4 nights at Penny's home. To begin, Penny was warm, welcoming, accommodating and always quick to respond and answer all questions promptly. Property instructions and things to know were well communicated, thorough and covered every detail. The home was so well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine needing on a vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked all our breakfasts and lunches at the home. Great to have all the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella to take to the beach. We love the private beach within the property and Sandyport Beach was a 5 minute walk away. The house was spotless both inside and out. No musty smells like you sometimes find in tropical places. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The bed were so comfortable and linens were 5 star hotel quality. The highlight of the property for us was the outdoor living area and it is where we spent all our time. It is way bigger than it looks in the photos, very private and protected if the wind kicks up. Grocery, liquor, pharmacy, a gym and Starbucks are all within walking distance. We walked to one of the local restaurants for dinner and taxied to some of the bigger resorts for fancier dinners. It was a great getaway! I would highly recommend Penny's home! She is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful and well equipped.

Fist time to Nassau with my wife, 2 teenagers and senior parents. We absolutely LOVED the house and everything that Penny has done to make this a paradise retreat. Penny was great in her communication leading up and was gracious the entire time. She greeted us on sight, walked us through the home, made sure we had all the info we needed for the stay and checked in occasionally when we had anything come up. The house itself is the most well stocked house we have ever been in. Definitely not your typical condo with missing sets or crappy appliances. Everything was top notch. We loved the mini pool out back and really LOVED late afternoon/evenings on the back patio watching the sun go down and enjoying the sea breeze while we ate, read or just hung out. We took a boat day trip with Keemar and Kenton drove us multiple places and taught us about Nassau as we went. Now for the quick heads up…If you have anyone in your party that has a hard time getting around know that it is going to be a walk or drive to any type of beach set up. We found that walking to the beach outside of the Poop Deck restaurant was probably the best set up and cleanest beach nearby. So if you’re comfortable driving in Nassau, that might be your best bet, or just know you’re going to pay a bit every time you want to grab a ride somewhere. There are multiple restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance even if you’re some of the only ones walking. Overall, great host, great house great vacation

Penny, the owner/hostess, is top notch. The property is like something out of a magazine. Heavenly views. Perfect for seeing sunrises and sunsets. The beach directly behind the property is very quiet/low traffic. Feels kind of like having your own island. Quiet and peaceful home away from home. Did not want to leave! Just being clothes and swimsuit. Penny provides just about anything else you can think of. Beach access just a few doors down. You can even see the water at night thanks to lighting. We snorkled right there behind the property and saw beautiful fish and other sea life.
