The outdoor experience is equally impressive, with a large deck featuring premium furniture and a grill. The lower level provides a secondary entertainment hub with a 70 inch TV and a game console, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Relax in the brand new hot tub located on the lower patio. This home is perfectly situated just minutes from local attractions and charming downtown areas. Access to the downstairs bedroom is provided via an external staircase.
