This gorgeous 2bd/2ba condo has been completely remodeled with top of the line upgrades and luxury furnishings. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 1 queen in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This 5th floor unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-Sur-Mer is located in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient. Amazing VRBO

We absolutely loved this property. The location was amazing and the condo was beautiful. The pool was large and everyone on the property was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again. Best place we've ever stayed at Myrtle Beach.

The property was great! We had an amazing time! Would definitely stay again! Sitting out on the balcony listening to the music coming up from Flip Flops was one of our favorite things to do.

Perfect July 4th week!

Our family had a fantastic July 4th week here. The condo was exactly as pictured and felt like home. The building is being updated and is a perfect location only steps to the ocean. The pool and tiki bar were a great feature of the property as well. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Great Stay

This condo is really nice. Kitchen is well stocked, living area is great and well furnished. We love the Shore Dr. area. Plenty to do and lots of it within walking distance. Some minor issues were one of the bathrooms had some hair laying around in it, not a whole lot but enough to get your attention. Also, and we are not really TV savvy, the TV system was challenging for us. If you want a very nice place to stay and in a fun area you can’t go wrong with this condo. I would recommend it.

It’s was decent

For the price it’s decent. Not excited with the loud music across the street each night, extremely unhappy with the construction happening and cranes being put together at 5am after a long drive and just wanting a “quiet relaxing” vacation stay and it was not this so much that we checked out a day early. The rental office is amazing staff super helpful. Living room fan did not work at all maintenance never figured it out .construction and hammering, drilling literally feeling like there was no quiet time was a lot and stressful. Will not stay here again. Would definitely ask if the construction is done before staying… and would bring ear plugs if you plan on sleeping at night with the restaurant and screaming outside and across the street.

It is an oceanfront building but this unit doesn’t have ocean view. We were aware of this when we booked. We really enjoy the beach access and the exercise room. Condo has potential

North Beach Reality was easy to work with and they responded in a timely manner. Check in was easy. We picked up and dropped off the keys/fobs at their office. Once at the condo, we found it in an unacceptable condition. It appears the previous occupant had a dog and left the place filthy. We do acknowledge that the bed linens and towels were clean. We contacted North Beach Reality, who promptly returned our cleaning fee. The condo otherwise is in a good location and has great potential. It’s hard to enjoy your time in a condo that was not clean. Thankfully we were only there for three days. I give North Beach Reality a 5 out of 5 and I am hopeful they will address the cleaning issue. If the condo was clean it would get a 4 out of 5.

Great beach getaway

Our stay was great. From the building security to the maintenance personnel to the amenities that were available and sit in walking distance were great. Our location had us less than 10 miles from everything - outlet, restaurants and the Boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend friends and family.
