Great kitchen area for socializing and enjoying the views. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a LOW floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the TWO balconies. This condo has 1 King, 2 Queens, and can sleep up to 6. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Oceanside pools and private ocean balconies! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM.
The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open.
Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

Kindly ensure you review the resort's guidelines, the resort's Accommodations Policy, and the guest handout pertaining to Service Animals (SAs) and Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

Great communication, condo layout and amenities, water pressure, view, washer and dryer. Only complaint is the King mattress was too soft and unsupportive. Overall great experience!

Repeat visitor- Maissons Sur Mer

Really enjoy staying at Maissons Sur Mer. Great location. Very safe and secure. Convenient to golf and restaurants. Definitely would come back to North Myrtle and would definitely look at available rentals at this location.

Great condo

The condo was newly remodeled and very nice. It had a great ocean view from all the rooms. Maisons is our favorite place to stay in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend it to others. Private and secure. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed.

Best Vacation to date

One thing that is usually a worry is where we will stay. We booked through VRBO and Big Fish Rentals made this one so easy. The entire week was relaxing. The amenities are all there. We believe this was our best trip yet. We will be using VRBO and Big Fish Rentals again and again.

Just perfection

I knew when I booked this property that it looked nice but what a surprise that was awaiting me! This condo is gorgeous. Every room has a slider door and has an ocean view. It was clean and well appointed. Quiet too. I will definitely be back again!

Supplies

It would have been nice to know that we needed to bring items like coffee for coffee maker, salt, etc. I did not see that we needed to bring these items. I would have liked to cook at the condo if I had known there was no supplies, I could've been at grocery store. Maybe this can be included in new rules and regulations. Thanks!

Getaway Proposal

The property is top notch & very clean The property management was very professional I gave this a overall rating of 4 but would have given 4.5 but was not available. The reason for this is as follows : 1 TOO many rules in rental agreement - I'm on vacation not leasing for a year. 2. The dehumidifier was very loud, noisey & ran all the time. We had a great weekend & weather was beautiful.

Nice getaway

Property is a secure, clean & nice place to stay. Did not have to walk far to get to the water. Pool bar & cafe on site was a nice bonus. Nice view of the water. Couple of suggestions for changes that I made to the rental company: 1) fitted sheets need to be deep pocket ones. Regular ones kept sliding off 2) need blackout curtains in unit. Lights from parking lot lit up the whole unit at night making it hard to sleep 3) carpet on balcony needs to be removed/replaced.

Annual Girls Trip

The property and condo were perfect for our annual girl’s trip. Very easy to find, great views from the balconies on the beach, a couple of food options right across the street and great accommodations if you want to cook in house. The location was close to everything we wanted to do - the beach of course, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Murrells Inlet and Riddles Escape Room (awesome!). There was also a grocery store very close. Everyone at the condo was very nice and helpful. The condo was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Julie and the management company kept in contact and were very responsive to questions. Our group is very particular about where we stay and the lodging. We would definitely stay here again if our annual trip brings us back to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was fine. The couches smelled terribly of Febreze like House Cleaning was trying to hid the smell of something, we couldn't even lay on the couches. There were 2 large spots on the entry rug that was cleaning solution. We made the company aware of the spots and were quick to respond with "I'm sorry, I'll let them know." The beds in the double bedroom were very hard and very high off the ground.I felt the emails with a lot of "cute-sy" wording was too much... IE "We totally get it—rules can feel like a party pooper! But we promise, they’re just here to sprinkle some magic on your vacation..." - This was fun/cute the first time. Wording like that, multiples times, in every single email gets excessive and annoying... especially when it comes to information that is "serious" IE rules and fees that will apply if not followed.

Perfect Family Getaway

We planned this trip on a whim when I came across this condo. The decorative style very much appealed to me, and we have 2 small children (2 & 8 months) so I very much appreciated the minimal (yet beautiful) decor because I didn’t have to worry about them messing anything up! I specifically looked for a spot with a second bedroom for the kids and a kitchen, as we were planning to eat most of meals at home. The kitchen was well equipped with any appliance you could need! 2 coffee pots, keurig, blender, air fryer, rice cooker… enough pots/pans, plates, cups, silverware. Absolutely perfect. I’ve already shared this link with several friends that saw our photos from our trip, and my family and my in laws are interested in coming to visit as well! I do wish it was a little more ocean front, but you can definitely see the ocean from every window! Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We even extended our stay an extra day we loved it so much. We’re already talking about coming back next year. ♥️

Wonderful stay

Everything was great about the condo. We love Maisons.

We had a great stay at Maisons 204. Check in check out was a breeze. If I had one complaint it would be that there was only 1 key fob available for the unit. That doesn't sound like a big deal but you have to have it to get in to unload if you go to the grocery, to get in and out of the building to go to the pool and to go to and from the beach. It becomes a logistics problem with 5 adults if everyone is not going to the same place. You have to stand and wait for someone to come along and follow them in. Once again condo was great and we love Maisons, however, an extra fob or card for key accesses would be great
