This gorgeous 2bd/2ba condo has been completely remodeled with top of the line upgrades and luxury furnishings. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach. This unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom and 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom.

This 8th floor condo is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium building in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has tiled bathrooms, updated kitchen and granite counters throughout. There is a 65" flat screen TV in the living room and 55" flat screen tv's in both bedrooms as well as an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom and balcony access to see beautiful sunsets every day.

Maisons-Sur-Mer is one of the most prestigious and private condominium buildings in Myrtle Beach. Maisons-sur-Mer is located on the ocean in the Arcadian Golf community and features gated entry and 24-hour security making luxury living even easier and more convenient. Peaceful and relaxing.

Absolutely beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Adequate spacious room for our entire family. The only thing that I would do is clean under the couch cushions (Our daughter dropped an earring. When we lifted the cushions there were lots of food crumbs, which I did not expect to see). Loved the feeling of safety on the property. Very well kept and friendly atmosphere.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Have stayed at Maisons a few times. First time this unit. Always enjoy. Great location. Perfect for two couples. Like the remodel with open kitchen.

Mrytle Beach First Timers

This was our first time in Mrytle Beach and we really enjoyed it. There is plenty to do there. Having a place right on the beach was great. Condo was comfortable and nicely equipped. We had everything we needed. A few improvements I would suggest. Change the shower head in the second bathroom, it’s a rain head and the water pressure is too weak, my son ended up showering in our bathroom. The second would be check the outlets, some I couldn’t plug into and some were loose in the wall. The staff at the building were very nice and helpful. We would stay at this building again. It’s close to the attractions without having to deal with the congestion of it.

Maisons Sur Mer Is located right on the beach with an amazing pool, wonderful food, fun, entertainment, and is only steps from the beach. It is also a secure location so you don’t have to worry about people wandering on the property uninvited. we visit there every year for our family reunion and absolutely love it!

The residents are greatjust walks from the pool and beach. The room I stayed in was lovely, my only issue was the floors were dirty and they water/ice machine on the fridge needs to be cleaned badly.lets not forget the best security lady ever I think her name was Shirley either or wonderful people and location.

Got yelled at with a couple "F" bombs thrown at my wife and I!?? Total idiot. All because I backed my SUV into a space. Worried about $3K in golf equipment, so I back it against the wall. Didn't go over well with 2nd floor guy. Didn't realize we were breaking a "RULE" at the time. Yes, we saw the signs after.

Wonderful vacation

The property was just as described by VRBO. We have stayed at the Maisons for several years. The check in process was very quick and easy. We had an issue with the master bedroom and the rental company responded immediately!! The kitchen is furnished well!! The property as usual is immaculate and well secured!!

Beach Relaxation

The booking through VRBO was very easy and user friendly. The property was well furnished and clean. The property manager was easy to work with and the property security was friendly but present at all times.

Spacious, well appointed space but building overall dated

The particular unit we rented, was clean, spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed and worked well. The building overall seems very dated and has many restrictions. One example is that you can't take luggage carts thru the lobby so you have to go to the Garage/basement/lower level. Problem with that is the access is restricted to owners with barcode passes. You can ask at the front desk for access then drive around, hope they recognize you and they will let you in. Too restrictive. Building Interior, while clean, does show some wear and is very dated

Great stay on the beach

Great property and location

Great location and property. The only downside was having to drive to North Beach Realty for both check in and check out, which prolongs the process due to heavy traffic to and from that office. It would be fantastic is there was a lock box on site to check in and check out.

Nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay but had a few cons mainly upon arrival. The pros of the property would be the location was great, layout of the condo was perfect, security of the property felt safe, and there was a nice spacious kitchen and balcony. The pool, grilling area, and beach access were lovely making it very convenient. The cons of the property would be the check in process was a bit inconvenient being at separate locations and we weren’t provided with the key pad access code to get into the unit upon arrival. We sat outside the room for a half hour trying to get ahold of someone, finally we called the emergency line and were able get the code that way. We felt the cleanliness of the unit needed improvement for as much as it had cost to stay there. The utensils and dishes provided were dirty. The only knives provided for cooking were small paring knives that were dull and useless, 1 out of 2 cooking pans had mold in it, all the coffee cups and coffee maker still had coffee in them, and there was urine all over the toilet seat in the master bathroom when we got there. Other than those cons it was overall a nice stay, however we shouldn’t have had to clean everything ourselves upon arrival when there was a cleaning charge within our price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First I’ll speak on the Maisons as a whole. This is THE ONLY place I will stay in Myrtle Beach! It is a secure, safe, and fun place to take your family. My family has been coming here for over a decade. This was our first time in this particular unit. We normally stay on the 20th floor but our owners recently sold the unit. This unit is very nice. They’ve taken the wall out between the kitchen and living room. This makes it a nice open floor plan. Everything is updated and decorated very nicely. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. This unit seemed to be a bit larger than others I’ve been in. There are tons of seating for dining. The balcony is huge and will seat about 14 people. There is no view of beach/pool area from this balcony. Your view will be of the road but it’s not bad. We are accustomed to renting directly from the owner instead of the realty company. Your checkin time is later and you have to go get the keys, sign paperwork, etc. before going to the condo. You also have to take the keys all the way back upon departure. Suggestion: buy a lanyard to put the key cards on. It makes them easier to keep up with. Replacement cost is $200!!! Also, checkout time is 10 am. The cleaning crew was there before 9. Although they did not attempt to come in they did drop some of there supplies outside the door. I would prefer NOT to see them at all. Unit 806 is a very nice place and we will certainly return in the future.
