This 9th floor, ocean view unit, is in a mostly owner occupied high rise condominium in the Arcadian Dunes section of Myrtle Beach. This beautifully renovated unit has updated tiled bathrooms with walk-in showers, his & hers sink in the master bathroom, a remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and updated stainless steel appliances, new carpet in both bedrooms, new wood flooring in the living room & dining area, new blackout drapes for sleeping in and new noise reducing hurricane grade sliding glass doors. Each bedroom has a large flat screen TV, ensuite bath and balcony access.

2024 family beach trip

We have stayed at Maisons before and love the location and beach. This was a nice unit, on par with the other ones we have rented in the past. We will look to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. This place is so nice. The room was great and the views were awesome. Enjoyed the pool. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great place to stay. Very clean and well kept up. I have stayed here 3 years in a row in different condos and all have been great!

Fantastic Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We've been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this is the first condo we stayed in where 2 bedrooms had an ocean view. The location was perfect for shopping and golfing. Having 24hr security was a nice amenity. I would recommend to family and friends.

Just great. Other properties in this community have on-site check in (i.e. keypad locks for entry). Didn't really like driving 4 miles north to get the key and 4 miles back. This one change would be appreciated!

The View from the Ninth Floor

Our stay was simply amazing! The condo was perfect, so well laid out and efficient. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever had while staying away from home! The staff were so helpful and kind. People were genuinely happy to spark up a conversation and wish you enjoyment during your stay. While there are indeed rules to follow, none of them were outrageous and all of them keep the building beautiful and enticing! We will definitely be back!

Third time we've stayed in the complex and third different condo we've utilized. Layout of this one was different than the other two. Tighter kitchen area. Overall very clean and exactly what the description states. Perfect for a family looking to get away.

2024 Myrtle Beach

This is our second time staying in this building. It is a fantastic location! This condo was wonderful. There were just a few small details,(I believe they had just updated, the lightbulb was out in laundry room, the handle for the sliding door, the screws were too short/stripped) but the management was notified, were super nice and were fast at taking action! I would recommend this to anyone, so relaxing!

Prefect getaway!

This is a beautiful property with stunning views! Everything was updated and clean. Very spacious and the property had great amenities for the whole family. This is resort living for the whole family! May want to advertise that check in is off property in the listing. I've stayed in units in this building before, and they were keypad entry which eliminated having to go off prophet to reverting and drop off keys.

The offsite check-in and check-out need to be listed in the property description. Since we flew in for our trip, we did not have a car, and it was very inconvenient and cost us twice as much to Uber there to pick up the keys.

My friend and I absolutely loved this property! We spent so much time on the balcony of the condo in the mornings drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. We even caught the last Super Moon of 2023. The balcony view is so amazing! The amenities are as described and the beds are super comfy! The reason I gave check-in 4 stars is because it was a bit daunting upon our 10pm arrival to have to pick up keys from the rental office (not the condo location) which was about a 10 minute drive and then return keys to the rental office upon departure at 6am before heading the opposite direction to the airport. But once we got the key cards, everything went smoothly! I suppose there is probably no other way due to the rental arrangement. I'm only mentioning it so others can plan accordingly. At least we know what to expect next time. Because we are already planning to book again for next year! We loved the easy beach access, tiki bar, and location to groceries and restaurants. The condo was so spacious and beautiful and the balcony furniture helped make our stay so relaxing! Just what we both needed! 😎⛱️

Wonderful place! Rules aren't as bad as everyone says

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and upscale property, with reasonable prices. There must have been a lot of riff raff that plagued the area within the past which caused the upsurge in strict rules. The rules are only a problem if you are not a considerate, family-friendly type of person. There are two ways to keep those people out: high prices, or strict rules. If you bring your children here, you won't have to worry about thugs swearing and twerking while falling out of their bathing suits and smelling skunky. You WILL enjoy a very nice group of people who like quiet evenings, respectable attire, and family-appropriate conversation. The room was very clean and well stocked. Furniture was clean and comfortable, beds, linens, and pillows were of good quality having been recently replaced less than a year ago (end of 2021). Balconies were very large and furniture was in good shape. The complex is shaped like a "Y", with the bottom part of the Y pointing toward the ocean. Room 908 is on one of the diagonal branches at the rear of the complex. So you have a good view of the ocean and pier. You will get sunrises on this side, but not the sunsets (I recommend viewing them from the beach). The beach is clean, groomed nightly, and sparsely populated during the off-season. There is a freshwater drainage outlet on the beach which is not safe for children to play in. But there is no foul smell or other concerns. There are also lots of shells for kids to stash away in your luggage.The outdoor pool was somewhat warm (enough for kids to swim in briefly) but the tiki bar was closed for the season (we came in October). The location was perfect- close to myrtle beach restaurants and sky wheel park, but far enough north to not be crowded. It is close to barefoot landing, although most of the tourist stuff was closed for the season. Overall, very good place for your family to enjoy during the off-season, good value for the money.
