This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! Complete with all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances, an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. This private beach house also has a private pool (not heated) & hot tub (open year round), bonus entertainment room w/board games, beach equipment and an electric vehicle charging port. **Please note that even though the hot tub is open year-round, it can only heat about 30 degrees above the outdoor temperature during the cooler months**

“I'll 2nd That” can accommodate a total of 10 guests. The master bedroom has 1 king, the 2nd bedroom has 1 king, the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and twin bunk beds with a dividing wall for privacy. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI, free parking and a propane grill.

“I'll 2nd That” is in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach. Its directly across the street from McLean Park which has 2 playgrounds, a baseball field, tennis courts, several picnic sheds, walking trail and a gazebo overlooking the pond. To get to the beach, you simply walk 2 short blocks down 2nd Ave S. (0.2 miles). Main Street is only 2 blocks away as well (0.3 miles) where you can enjoy The Pavilion Arcade & ice cream shop, several restaurants, souvenir & specialty shops and popular shag clubs & beach bars (some places are only open seasonally).

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and had a lot of room for us. It was very close to the ocean, stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

The house was very nice, exactly like the pictures. It was a great location with a park and playground across the street for walking and fun. The beach was super close and so were many restaurants. I gave it 4 stars because there was a big stain on the linen of one bed and smaller stains on another. Considering the linen fee is over 200, I'd assume they'd ensure all linen was in great condition. Another small issue that prevented the perfect experience is they only provided one trashbag for the entire stay. Small-ish issues but I do feel they are worth mentioning because the house is very close to 5 stars.

Great floor plan & pool

Enjoyed the space inside & out. Everything inside was comfortable; loved the style of the pool (shallow on one end so perfect for our youngest family member), hot tub with a waterfall into the pool, and patio between the house and pool with furniture to ensure enjoyment of this outside space. Remember to bring/buy your own beach towels, trash bags, TP. Close walk to the beach; nice park across the street.

Great location, modern yet cozy!

Really enjoyed this home! Was VERY clean, owners cleraly made a conscious effort with modern upgrades, TV's in every room, washer and dryer, variety of dish and cookware, truly has all the right touches for a comfortable, relaxing getaway.

Exactly as depicted and more!

Location was perfect, the walk to the beach was quick. We enjoyed the secluded back yard pool and patio, swam everyday! This place was super clean and well decorated. Thanks for offering the perfect place for our vacation stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in! It’s even better in person than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, awesome amenities, very clean and great location! We loved it!

Nice property

The property is very nice, especially with it having a private pool and hot tub. There is a nice park for kids to run and play. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. I would stay at this property again.

Great location & beautiful home!

House was more prestige in person than in the pictures! Loved the decorations, extremely clean and pool/hot tub was so much fun! We will be booking again. Plenty of room and loved the fact we were a walking distance to so many restaurants/bars on Main Street.

Very nice place

The property is super nice, very clean, private, close to the beach. The pool was perfect, our only wish was that we could have checked in earlier, but that wasn’t anybody’s fault. We had a wonderful vacation with our friends and our kids. Would def go back.
