We hope you and your family are ready for a fantastic vacation.

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards for your family's health. We have always provided extremely clean cottages (just read our reviews)

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share)
.We also have several two bedroom one bathroom, as well as one bedroom one bathroom units available. (Description of units at bottom)

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two heated pools, a spacious patio with table and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.
We have been providing cottages here on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Tangerine Dream vacation rental is part of a Family-Friendly 7 Cottage Resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel by the Sea Church on the Island of Clearwater Beach. These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with 2 heated pools, a patio, and all surrounded by palm trees.

We are 2 minute's walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Frenchys and Palm Pavilion have live music as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. We are close to Pier 60, a great place for kids, with a Key West Style Festival every evening .

Please view our photos, it is all very clean and nice, with tropical décor, relaxing and comfortable for the entire family.

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including all children.

The master bedroom has a king bed with television, the second bedroom has a queen. All linens are provided. Central air, washer/dryer, tiled floors, ceiling fans, and more.

There are the six other units for larger families available for rent as well.

Excellent is right!

James and his crew were very accommodating: he delivered on everything we asked for! The house was spacious and clean, with ample opportunity for customization. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The beach walk with a <3 year old was totally doable! Would stay again.

Tangerine Dream was perfect for us.

The location was perfectly located to the beach, eating, grocery stores, mall and movie theater. Quiet area with minimal traffic. Very safe area. The owner was very responsive and as we stayed for 6 weeks checked that we were ok several times.

Mediocre stay for a lot of money.

Property was quiet and nice. I read the reviews and I want to give my perspective of what to expect. Beach is a 5 minute walk and after you get to the beach you still have a few minute haul through the sand to get to the water. Many things within walking distance including a speedway, restaurants, shops and a CVS. Description said beach chairs but we had a group of 16 and there were 3 beach chairs. There are a few toys and a couple rafts but a lot of stuff was broken or ripped etc…. Pools are small but sufficient for cooling down. Pool deck is crowded with seating but no umbrellas for shade. Cottages are sufficient, clean and cool. Lazy Lemon has one bedroom with TV. Tangerine Dream has tv in king bedroom but tv in full bedroom has only dvd to watch. Key lime has tv on both bedrooms and so does Orange Blossom. Key lime and Orange Blossom have a common area out front good for morning coffee and a great area for us because both cottages were ours. Communication was not good and took a day or two to get back to us. Of course with a group of 16 we tried to make sure we stayed close but we could not get communication that told us the best cottages to select to ensure we were only disturbing our group. All in all we spent 8,000+ dollars for a mediocre stay with outdated cottages and poor communication.

Great Location

It’s very close to the beach and restaurants. We didn’t have a rental car so the location was great. The back patio where the pool is very private and relaxing. However, the rental itself was very outdated and in need of a deep cleaning. Some not all of the linens/towels were stained and need replaced. Basic kitchen supplies weren’t available or needed replaced. I received the check in instructions 2 hours before our check in time I had to call them. The location is great but overall I would give a C- for what they charge.

Great Location!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. There was also a small playground around the corner. The patio was very private, and we usually were the only ones at the pool with my granddaughter (toddler). The unit itself could use a few updates, but overall, it worked out great for our family.

Good but needs a little work.

The cottage was in a nice location to the beach. It had plenty of room for my family. There were some minor complaints including the back blind was missing a slot, had to place a sheet over back door due to the missing slot. The kitchen table was sticky due to a varnish issue. Screen door wouldn’t close and the front door lock was hard to get figured out.

Great cottage, private but close to the action

This was a great find - one of only 7 cottages together, sharing two pools, so we had privacy and peace and quiet when we wanted it, but also within walking distance of all that Clearwater Beach has to offer (and we aren't young or athletic). Dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance, beautiful beaches, and the two pools were perfect for relaxing quiet time away from the hustle. Very close to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (though not walking distance). My only advice to travelers: All of Clearwater has tap water with a strong sulfur taste. (This is municipal; nothing to fault the host for...) If this will bother you then be prepared to use bottled water for everything - coffee, ice, etc. Same goes for at restaurants - beer/wine/mixed drinks are typically safe but fountain drinks can have local water in them so you may want to avoid. Just a precaution though; would still recommend this property 100%. We may go again if we can find an open week to book!

Good place to vacation

The property managers are very friendly and helpful. It felt like home away from home . It’s walking distance to the beach and shops and a short drive to many attractions. Highly recommend for a stress free vacation.

They thought of everything!

I was very impressed with how seamless our first night here was. There were little notes everywhere to tell us what to do. The keypad entries were great, easy to use and I could split up from my husband without having to remember to grab keys every time. Teresa and Mark were very responsive when I emailed or texted with questions and were on the property at least 3 of the 7 days we were there. They even brought us some sand toys to borrow for the beach. (Much appreciated by the kids) The pools were warm and cute. Great for 1-2 families to play and interact if they want to but don’t have to. The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach and to a couple close restaurants and shops if we needed stuff. Instacart and DoorDash really cut down on the need for driving though. They have beach chairs you can borrow but it’s a bit too long of a walk to carry those since we had small children. Notes for small children: they had a high chair and pack n play in the house for us ready to go. We actually did end up using the high chair for our 3 yr old so she wouldn’t have to sit on her knees to reach the table for every meal. There was no dishwasher in our unit, but honestly who is cooking a 4 course meal on vacation? Just grab some paper products to get you through the week if you really hate hand washing. *I would contact a rental company and order a couple things if I did this vacation again: - step stools: my 3 yr old couldn’t reach the bed or toilet on her own so we were up every night helping her. - stroller or wagon: the beach is walkable for my 5 yr old but the 3 yr old had to be carried every single time. With the amount of stuff you bring with a toddler, being able to pull or push her would have been nice. - bed rail or pool noodles: toddler rolled out of bed the first night. Not a huge deal, we bought some pool noodles and stuck them under the sheets and it didn’t happen again. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again. The price for the location and amount of space and pools you can just walk out to cannot be beat. This was a perfect spot for a low key relaxing vacation.

Best place ever!

Super clean, owners are so nice and friendly. Everything you need in the cottages. Private and secluded yet a short walk to all the action. Awesome pools too! We used the grill and loved sitting out back. We will be back again next year! So sad to leave.

We loved the Tangerine Dream. The cottage was just the right size and the backyard was just lovely! A private little courtyard that was beautiful and relaxing. The owners were incredibly easy to contact and helpful.

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
