The space

This spacious apartment sleeps 6 comfortably and is located in a quiet, gated community at Playa Bibijagua. In just a short 4-minute walk, you can enjoy beach front restaurants with bars, shopping and 2 famous beach clubs. A short drive or Uber to major shopping plazas, supermarkets, night-life and other nearby attractions.

The property has a pool, jacuzzi, covered gazebo and is beautifully landscaped. Located on the 3rd floor, you can sit out day or night on a very spacious fully-furnished balcony and enjoy the tropical breeze. This condo has 2 large bedrooms with smart TVs, closets and drawers (master bedroom has a king bed and in-suite bathroom), (2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds), living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Air conditioning and Bedrooms are equipped with central air-condition and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms.

There is 24-hour private security on-site and free private parking.

Guest access

The apartment is for your exclusive and private use. You will have access to the pool and gym located on the property. The main door to the apartment is accessible via a smart lock and you will be provided your individual key code prior to arrival along with other details.

Guests will have access to everything in the apartment including, towels, sheets and beach towels.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Upon arrival, guests will receive $15.00 courtesy for electricity which is sufficient for 2-3 days, depending on the amount of consumption. It is strongly suggested that for those renting for more long-term stays to pay as they go for electricity (1 week at a time). Unused electricity is not reimbursed.

The property has a locked closet in the master bedroom to store the property owner's personal belongings.
