The relaxing family vacation you deserve awaits at Baywatch House! Your family will want to return year after year to this meticulously cared for bayfront retreat.

This beautifully renovated unit features a bright and open interior. Enjoy amazing sunsets while sipping wine from a spacious balcony lounge. Baywatch House is perfect hub to explore all OC has to offer. It is across the street from the best restaurants in OC, including local favorites The Hobbit, Hooked, and Fractured Prune (go early to surprise the family with the best donuts you’ve ever had), and you can easily return home to the peace and quiet of the bay.

Fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you need for a gourmet meal for your family. You have 50in LED Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room for those rare rainy days, plus free wifi and private laundry room. The spacious master bedroom offers a king bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Brand new pillows, linens, and comforters provided for all beds. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the hallway.

Take a refreshing splash in the outdoor saltwater pool. If you’d like to dig your toes in the sand, Baywatch House is conveniently located 1 block to the beach. Forgot your beach chairs? We've got you covered - new beach chairs and cart provided (guest favorites)!

As a thank you for staying with us at Baywatch House, we offer a complimentary welcome package which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and FREE Linen Package, which will be delivered to the condo on arrival day. Linen Package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds and towel sets (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, makeup).

We had a fantastic trip and loved our stay! This was a perfect location to walk to anything you could want. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Marty and George were great hosts! We will be back!

Clean and Comfy

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first visit to OC and the home provided a comfortable night sleep after being out on the beach and boardwalk all day. We enjoyed playing cards in the living room, morning coffee on the balcony and breakfast on the dining table. The bedrooms were comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us.

Best Place in OC We’ve ever stayed in!!!!

Show the property was extremely clean! There was not one thing we needed that wasn’t there! For real from the baby highchair to the beach chairs or the beach cart! Everything you could possible need!! Awesome location to the beach!!! Beds were so comfortable kitchen was beautiful and the outdoor area was crazy cozy enough room for at least eight people or so!! Definitely would rent here again!!! The owner was a quick phone call or text away! Parking was great! We didn’t use the pool but it looks very nice and clean!!!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean City! Condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Marty thought of everything including a bucket of goodies when we arrived. The condo was clean, towels and linens were provided, and there were even DVDs and games available for use. Marty was very responsive and friendly in all of our communications. He really went the extra mile to make a vacation home. The only negative to staying at this location is that only six pool passes are available, and we are a family of eight. As a result, my husband and I were unable to use the pool during our stay. I did discuss this with Marty, and he did his best to fix the situation. For a group of six or less, this is a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Midtown OCMD

Such a phenomenal property in midtown OCMD! It's an excellent layout and well appointed (and in fantastic condition) . Marty literally has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The Bay Sunset is a short and easy walk to the beach at 81st Street (quiet area, lifeguard on duty, plenty of space to stretch out). It's also very close to several great restaurants, has a beach bus stop at the end of the street (for all the fun downtown) and ample, easy to access parking to get you anywhere else you need to go. The condo is lovely, with a big back patio to enjoy bay views or watch the Hobbit restaurant in action. We truly enjoyed this part out town after many years being closer to the boardwalk action. It was also great to not have to lug our own beach equipment (for exception of the umbrella) or squeeze in and out of tight parking areas. Such a fantastic vacation at a beautiful property with an attentive host.

Great for Families

Great property for long family weekend in OCMD. Property was in a great location and had everything we needed for young kids and adults. Property manager was friendly and responsive. Temperature controlled pool was a plus!

Great location and nicely decorated

Communication with owner was great. Room was nicely decorated. Two bedrooms and beds were large and comfortable. Pull out sofa bed was not really usable. My 3rd child just slept on the couch. Kitchen had everything you need. The balcony was one of the highlights.
