Location is perfect! Super short walk to the beach and a quick drive away from downtown St. Augustine. House was very clean and provided all the necessities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were great sizes. Had a great stay overall and would highly recommend!!

One of the best places we stayed at in Florida

We have stayed in a few properties in Florida and hands down the best. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to the beach. We loved everything about the place.

Great multi family house

Awesome location and amenities. Super convenient beach access. Fun backyard with pool, fire pit and tiki hut plus arcade games was a bonus for non beach weather! Kitchen had everything we needed! Would definitely come back!

Great house / Beautiful beach

We had a blast during our stay. It was perfect to celebrate our teenage twins birthday with some of their friends. The house is well kept. The communication with the hosts was excellent. The beach was very easy access. The game room and pool were clutch. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer Beach Family Vacation

The house & location is amazing! Getting to the beach was easy peasy! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Jake is very helpful & made everything from booking to checkout a breeze! Great family memories made!

quiet and relaxing property

This house is very clean and nice. It still smells brand new inside. The property is very well stocked in all areas.The whole family enjoyed the back yard.Beach access is right across the street as well. Jake is easy to get ahold of and answers any questions immediately.

Great family vacation

We loved this place! Very comfortable and clean! The kids loved the game room and pool! Beautiful home away from home! A short walk to the beach but driving on the beach was a plus! Loaded the truck with our chairs, toys and tent made the trip to the beach easier! The house was super clean, the beds very comfortable and had so many extras to make the stay enjoyable! Could have stayed longer! Loved the week with my family!

Great time at Seabatical

The house had everything you could possibly need. Especially for the beach and pool. Great location and accommodations. The late check in and early checkout really made the vacation short but it was a wonderful home to make family memories. Jake was full of information and very quick to return answers to our questions.

Amazing home!

We had so much fun at this home! The home has everything you need for a stay away from home. The beach is around 300 steps away from the home. The views from any of the porches was magnificent! The home is so beautifully decorated! We didn’t want or need anything at all during our stay because the owner has thought of everything! Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a very relaxing and fun trip at the beach!

Girlfriend getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed the weekend and absolutely loved the house. Great location. I have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this the most well appointed one that I have ever stayed in. The house had plenty of toilet paper, wipes, seasonings, paper towels, foil, soaps, etc. I have never seen an owner provide so much and we definitely appreciated it. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable. We were sad we never spent anytime in the game room. The firepit was a great touch. We made a bonfire and had smores. Loved the big porch to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. So much fun. I highly recommend this house. You will love it!

Coming Back!

This was a great stay for our family and my daughter’s sweet 16. I appreciated the keyless entry with easy code access. The second floor was all my daughter’s for she and her friends. We enjoyed the balcony with the nice breeze, the upscale amenities, and thinking about all of the small details for our stay, would love to stay here again sometime. Plenty of pool/beach towels for all our crew. A few minor interruptions but we handled it and it did not disappoint us. Toilet upstairs needed maintenance but was quickly repaired the next day. Some minor painting would spruce up from normal wear and tear on the kitchen bar and the staircase hallway, a few other places. The beach chairs were rusty so we didn’t use, the tv didn’t work on the tiki hut. Those were all minor inconveniences but the beach was SO close and easy walking distance. Enjoyed every minute!

Family get away

We had two families both with children ages 5-17 with a total of 11 people. All the adults slept in the double beds with one eldest boy getting the upstairs bedroom. Our three youngest boys slept on the bottom floor on the pullout sofas and our three girls shared the master bedroom with one of them on an air mattress on the floor, since we didn’t want anyone sleeping in the living room. Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the pool and game room. I was so glad to see that all the games worked well. The sheets and bedding were very comfortable and clean. It was so easy to check in and out. If we had any questions the owners were quick to respond. The house was stocked with essentials: coffee and toilet paper and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner with. It was also nice to have the beach towels, chairs and toys available so that we didn’t have to pack them. The beach was easily accessible and hardly used by the public. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant that our family will have memories for a lifetime.

A Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We visited with our kids and granddaughters, and the home provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy quality time together. The spacious, well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare delicious meals, but even more special were the wonderful memories we created during our stay. The location is fantastic—we loved taking peaceful walks from the house to the boardwalk and down to the ocean. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable family getaway.---Would you like it to sound more casual, formal, or somewhere in between?

This is the House you want while staying in St Augustine

It has everything you want, and its only a few steps to the Beach. We love ST Augustine and now we have the perfect house to spend our time at. Very clean & new home with so much to do you never have to leave & the Owner is very responsive.

Epic Getaway

This property is exquisite. The home is very well stocked from pool towels to kitchen supplies. We booked this house for a girls weekend and there is no expense spared with this home. Jake is so easy to get ahold of and is very thorough and professional with check-in/check-out and around town information. I would 100% comeback and highly recommend this house!

Girls Weekend
