Low Country Gem!

My family and I (total of 9 people) stayed for a week at this property and were impressed with everything about it, from check in to check out. The host was amazingly responsive and helpful, and the location can't be beat. Having the State Park pass was also a nice perk. The Wi-fi signal isn't strong, but only the teenagers minded. It was just heavenly and we hope to visit again!

Our stay at the Low Country Home on Edisto Island was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by breathtaking views of both the creek and the ocean. The home's layout is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of Edisto — with plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces that flow seamlessly together.The private dock was a highlight for us — ideal for fishing, kayaking, or just sitting back and watching the tides roll in. Inside, the house was spotless, beautifully decorated in a relaxed coastal style, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Escapades in Edisto

This is a wonderful property! Beautiful inside and out, so many thoughtful details including a s’mores basket and a bottle of Prosecco. The views from the back porch are incredible! We took advantage of the kayaks and went on a journey to the ocean. Honestly, we have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this was one of my all time favorites.

A perfect dream house!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this home. The owners were so nice and helpful! The property is gorgeous, clean and well stocked with all you need. You are very close to the beach and the views are incredible! The master bedroom is truly breathtaking! We enjoyed the screened in porch! The memories we made here will forever be cherished. Reunion with friends.

The place is really great and beautifully situated with stunning views of coastal waters...particularly from the screened in deck off the living room where we spent most of our time. We had a little difficulty gaining entrance as we had not correctly read the directions. A problem with the grill was promptly addressed by the owners with next day delivery of a new grill. The house was well appointed, comfortable and a great find.

A very soothing environment. Great communication with hosts. Wildlife, inc. armadillo and Dolphin sighting in channel. Lots of equipment: kayaks, fishing gear, corn hole, etc. Botany Bay and Edisto Beach outstanding! Smallest Food Lion grocery in the US, but have everything you need A great house for a 10-12 member group.

Beautiful, peaceful stay

This house was perfect for a larger group of people, we had 8 total and the way the rooms are broken up was nice for privacy. The location was beautiful, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which didn’t have too many houses and was gated. The owners had a very helpful binder with information and had everything we needed at the house. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the fire pit. We had a wonderful weekend here! Hope to book this house again in the future.

Phenomenal House and Views

This house is amazing. We had family from all over coming to Edisto for my sons wedding. The description of the house is on point. Neat, clean and all amenities. From a cookout in the yard to breakfast in the kitchen for 12 of us, to walking on the dock for the sunrise and sunset- this was a perfect weekend to celebrate the wedding but most of all be with family. Thank you for the lifetime of memories!!

You Will Not Be Disappointed!!

We were in SC to see our oldest granddaughter get married. What a perfect place to stay. Our family spent 3 short days there. There were 1O of us. Plenty of room for all of us. The screened in porch with the rockers were so relaxing. Everything was exactly like the photos. Loved the coffee that was there for the first morning. Such a thoughtful touch for your visitors. We have booked our vacations thru VBRO for quite a few trips. This house exceeded all my expectations. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Why I love the beach--Sun, Sand, Surf, Seafood

What a great week at Edisto for my friends and me. The weather was perfect, and the house was, too. We five enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed common areas and the luxury of private bedrooms. So many extras available to renters of this marsh front house: kayaks and water safety jackets, bikes, a fire pit, extra coffeepots and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, games, books, dishwashing detergent for the week and a pass to the state park. Wow! The house was extremely comfortable and suited our party well. With both a spacious open sun deck and an equally spacious screened in porch over-looking the marsh to the ocean beyond, every guest can enjoy the sunrise in comfort. After dark, star-gazing from the deck accompanied by the sound of waves crashing on the shore is one of those mesmerizing experiences not to be underestimated by Edisto vacationers.

Excellent Edisto Island Getaway

Our group of 10 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful house. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and isolated, yet only a short drive (or bike ride, or paddle) to the beach and town. The access to the marsh and creek, and the provided kayaks, were especially nice. The house is very comfortable and well-stocked with useful appliances, utensils, cook/dishware, beach gear, etc. Finally, the hosts did an outstanding job in communicating rental details and responding to inquiries. We highly recommend this property.

Marshside Paradise

The kitchen, dining and living area was ideal...large enough to accommodate our group of 12 comfortably and with a stunningly beautiful view of the marsh. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house included many amenities, including crabbing equipment, 4 kayaks, a ping pong table, a fire pit and a pass to the state park. All bedrooms were comfortable, and the master suite was palatial. If you don't mind a short drive to get to the beach, it's hard to imagine better accommodations.

Amazing location & hosts

The location and home was exactly as described and pictured. The use of the boats, crabbing, fishing, and Park pass were so fun and added a special element to this trip. We did actually catch a few crabs!! Several members of our group did a sunrise kayak trip they loved!! We used the park pass for a small group to go to the learning center- highly recommend, especially if you've got younger kids with your group. Home was very clean!! Hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive. We emailed about a tiny thing late night on our first night, not needing or expecting an immediate reply (it was super late) and got one almost immediately. The tiny thing was solved so quickly and it didn't cause any delay to our fun!! I'm not sure I've ever stayed somewhere that felt remote without actually being remote!! Tall trees and landscaping make neighbors almost non existent. But you are only 7min max from beach and stores. We had a large group so we used beach #9 so we could avoid park fees. But used the park pass for a small group to go to the state park and learning center one morning. Thank you, We hope to stay again!

Amazing Home

We absolutely loved this house!! The ocean views are breathtaking and we could even hear the ocean from the porch! The house was perfect for us with 11 people ranging from ages 5 to 69. The house comes with everything you could need - beach towels, beach chairs, games, etc. The interior is just as lovely as the exterior. The boat ramp is very close and we enjoyed some successful fishing trips! The beach is close by and the use of the park pass is a wonderful perk! The hosts are fabulous and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much to them for allowing others to enjoy their space. We will definitely be back!

My family enjoyed our stay at Dreamweaver! The home owner was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. The house has space for a large family and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The elevator was a tremendous help for my handicapped family member. The house is just as advertised, you’ll love it!

Beyond High Expectations

My family gathered here to celebrate my Father's Birthday. After looking at the pictures and reading the reviews all of us had high expectations. Each of us agreed, those expectations were still surpassed. I won't duplicate the well deserved praises others have accurately reported. But, the most surprising aspect of our experience had to be the information provided in the Welcome Book and email I received prior to checking in. The the thoughtfulness behind both of these, made us feel like we were visiting the home of friends. It's the first time most of the guests actually read the book rather than just push it aside. In fact, several of us could quote the few things we needed to do before leaving. Full disclosure, the primary reason I selected this home was because I own a plot of land in this community and wondered what it might be like to live there. Now, I am even more excited about the property and eventually having Amanda and Jon as "neighbors". I suspect my home won't be nearly as fabulous, and my family agreed they would be happy to stay a Dream Weaver when they come to visit. Thanks Again!

We actually first stayed at Dream Weaver during a vacation when it was owned by someone else. On day one, we fell in love with the home and its location. So we contacted the owners to ask if they would be interested in selling the property to us. And they did. From the moment you step into this house, it's so easy to just relax. Isn't this what vacations are supposed to be about?

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Tucked into nature on a marsh and creek with oceanviews, including a pretty consistent breeze that cools off even the hottest of days. Wildlife galore in the backyard just about every day, including deer, raccoons, squirrels, and cats who often hang out and eat side by side. Also close enough to the beach without being on top of the houses next door.
