Our house is located in Bear Paw, a gated community on Lake Hiawassee, in southwestern North Carolina. It is 8.2 miles from downtown Murphy. Amenities in Bear Paw include, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, playground, small child’s fishing pond.
Mountain View Marina is located inside Bear Paw and is short drive from the cabin.
The marina will rent boats kayaks,paddle boats, pontoon boats to enjoy Lake Hiawassee !

THE SPACE
Our cabin sleeps 8 and offers 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. There is 2600 square feet of living space and another 800 square feet of decks and screened porches.
The master suite is located on the main level and features a queen size bed and a private bath with a hot jet tub and stand up shower. Also on this floor is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Our kitchen contains your basic needs with counter space for 3, as well as a dining room table for 6. Upstairs you will find a screened in patio, full bath, loft and a queen size bedroom. On the lower level there is a bedroom with 2 queen size beds ,full bath and living room with a gas fireplace. On both main and lower level you will find covered deck with plenty of seating space. The main level deck will have an outdoor table for six, wood fire pit and a gas grill BBQ .

You will have access to the whole cabin, WiFi and community amenities.
Our detailed directions will be sent you along with your door code before your visit. As you enter the community, you will need to register with the gate attendant. Inside the cabin you will also find a binder of the house manual, helpful information about the cabin and things you can do around us.
