Aloha! Welcome to Luxury In Paradise, this tastefully designed villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Our townhome is among the largest in the complex with over 1725 ft.² of indoor living space. From our private corner end-unit, situated away from all the pools activities and noise, you’ll enjoy stunning views and two private furnished lanais, ensuring a serene retreat. This home is perfect for families or multigenerational groups looking to share a home while having space and privacy.

The Resort has 2 beautiful resort style heated pools each with a large hot tub, a small fitness center with free weights, treadmill, elliptical, multi-station weight machine, and stationary bike.

The Space

Luxury In Paradise is located in Waikoloa Beach Resort in the private gated community of Waikoloa Beach Villas. This is a place to relax, recharge, and renew.

Master Bedroom: Experience tranquil serenity in your master suite with all Tommy Bahama furnishings. Cal-King bed, newly renovated spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower and oversized soaking tub. 2nd story master private lanai with stunning Golf Course views.

Upstairs Bedroom: Private bedroom with newly renovated en-suite bathroom. Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, dresser, two night stands, and large closet. Ideal accommodation for a couple.

Downstairs Bedroom: Private bedroom with Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, dresser, two night stands, closet, with adjacent bathroom that is just as luxurious as the other two primary suites

Bonus Room/Office Area: On the second level, this space is designated as a working area with a desk and monitor. Complimentary high-speed Internet. Queen sleeper sofa to make for a fourth bed.

Open Concept Family Area: Upscale-furnishings with down cushions, smart TV, sound bar, ceiling fan.

Kitchen: Cut costs cooking up a storm in your recently renovated gourmet kitchen, complete with new granite countertops, cabinets featuring pullout drawers, and new GE appliances, equipped with filtered water and icemaker, making this kitchen, a chef’s delight. Indoor dining table for 6 with additional seating for 4 at island counter.

Outdoor Living: Outdoor kitchen with Viking BBQ, sink, dining table, sofa and chairs to enjoy a cocktail outside overlooking the serene grounds and listening to the peaceful island birds.

Other: 1 Pack-n-play, 2 car booster seats. Full size washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, adjacent private single car garage. If needed, a parking pass will be provided for 1 additional car.

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Black Sand Beach, Private Beach 69, Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Kua Bay, and A’naehoomalu Bay also known as A-Bay. We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have everything you need. For your day at the beach, you’ll find:

• Sand toys and sandcastle making equipment
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Shopping & Luxury Cinema: Situated in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort our villa is conveniently located across the street from the Queen’s Market Place and next to the King’s Shops offering both casual and upscale shopping and dining experiences. Grab a cup of coffee at Starbucks, grocery shop at the gourmet market both a quick walk away.

*Hilton Day Pool Pass: *Guests of our villa will have exclusive access to the luxurious amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa with our daily Hilton Pool pass available for up to 6 guests. The pass comes with free towel service and parking for 1 car. (Hilton pool pass is available for stays in 2026 and we expect to renew for 2027 when made available in late fall 2026) Discounts on pickleball & tennis courts, fitness center and more.

*Discount Resort Golf: Guests also benefit from our Gold Golf Membership, which offers discounted resort golf (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).Fees are $90.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $45.00.
