Here you’ll find a cozy sofa arrangement (3.15 x 2 m) that includes a full-size bed (1.60 x 2.2 m), providing space for two additional guests. It also features a TV armchair, a smart TV, a desk, and an open wood-burning fireplace. <br>The rooftop terrace, accessible from the living room and decorated in a white color scheme, offers a 180-degree panoramic ocean view. From here, you can enjoy the indescribably beautiful sunset all year round. It is equipped with a lounge area that can also be used as sun loungers. In the lush garden with palm trees—from which the house takes its name—there is a terrace (approx. 30 m²) located directly next to the heated pool (4.6 x 2.7 m; heating available for an additional fee of 15 € per day), furnished with a rattan seating area for 8 people, an extendable dining table, and a Weber gas grill. Above this is another wooden terrace with a sea view (30 m²) for sunbathing, featuring 6 sun loungers and a small Aperol rattan lounge from which you can enjoy the sea view.
