Typical Ibizan house, built at the beginning of the s. XX and renovated in 2016. It is located in a quiet area of San Rafael, with pool and barbecue, 11 km from Ibiza town and 5 km from San Antonio.
Ideal for rest with family, or with friends, 3 km from the town, where they have restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist ...
It consists of 3 bedrooms with a / c and 2 bathrooms (one of them in Suite), equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. It has a laundry area with washer and dryer.
Satellite TV and WiFi.
Large parking area, pool and barbecue with relaxing views of the countryside where various fruit trees are distinguished.
Pets are not allowed.

The villa was perfect for our stay. Right in the middle of the island, allowing us to explore all parts and come back and have a siesta by the pool in the afternoon (and a late night dip after coming back from the clubs!). We were a group of 5 adults and loved the rural location, the peace and quiet of the villa, but only being 20 mins from Ibiza/Sant Antoni, 35 mins from North/South.Alex was a great host. He met us in the local village of San Rafael to help guide us to the villa. This is essential - as google maps will take you the wrong way and the roads to the villa are very rutted, so you definetly need the guide and highly recommend a SUV or equivalent with a bit more ground clearance!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The location is ideal — close to all amenities yet peaceful and secluded, which made it perfect for relaxing. The house itself is stunning, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely responsive and kindly allowed us to check in and out at times that suited us. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Stunning modern Villa

Back from staying at this most beautiful Villa, the remote country side provided the peace and tranquillity that was much needed. Fabulous property manager who looked after all our queries, would definatly visit again

Total relax and comfort

This property is quite new, everything works properly, the garden with pool give the villa a perfect harmony. Every morning you have breakfast with the sound of crickets and nothing else. Great sensation of peace and relax. Thank you Alex, we will return at your villa. Lorenzo & Giorgia.

Great traditional rural villa!

First of all, Alex is a great host with a villa to match! We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time - the outside pool is great, and the villa has a modernised tradition feel! We went with our 4 children (23 to 15) who enjoyed both the villa and the nightlight of Ibiza! The villa is rural, up an interesting road, but within minutes of a Sant Rafel and easy access to almost everywhere! To be very transparent we’re delighted with our choice!

Beatiful and Peaceful Finca

We recently stayed at this stunning finca on Ibiza and had an amazing experience. The location is incredibly peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the finca is well-maintained. Our host, Alex, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The finca is equipped with excellent amenities, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway on Ibiza.

Best villa ever!

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Alex's villa. The pictures online do not do it justice! The villa is pure luxury! The location is the most peaceful place I've ever stayed and we had a really lovely holiday! Alex was superb from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Great property & awesome host

Its a nice and cosy property a bit outside from everywhere to enjoy a few days off :) The furnishing of the property is nice having a full kitchen with induction and everything needed. The beds are very comfortable if u like it a bit harder from the mattress. The pool is nice an big enough space to have fun in it with all together. The "road" to the house is a bit bumpy - better get an old car or sth like a jeep :) we re considering to come back since alex is a really nice and warm host we definetly can recommend - every time available for good food spot recommendations, issues with the house if occuring or anything else.

Magic Mansion

From start to finish we were only talking about how nice the place was. Even when we were in the city (or somewhere else) we were longing for the swimming pool, the magic mansion and the peace and quiet. The barbeque was a big YES. We already recommended the place to various friends and family, but they have to invite us if they go, jajajaja. Thank you again for everything Alex, you will hear from us in the future.

Beautiful villa, but secondary problems

The villa itself is very nice. Everything you want is in it. Including airco, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent (salt water) pool with jacuzzi. Located on a nice private location in the middle of the island That was also one of the reasons why we choose this villa. We really value privacy. Now let me tell you upfront that the owner is a nice guy who responds well to whatsapp messages. But we have made it pretty clear that we do not like unannounced visits. Nevertheless this happened 3 times during our stay. 2 times his father (who owns the piece of land adjacent to the villa, but uses the villas gate to get there) and 1 time the owner himself. The women in our group did not feel happy about this (most sunbathe topless) and it gave a foul taste in our mouth. Last but not least: the last night we partied a bit hard. Damages were made and acknowledged. We have told the owner that we would not mind paying for the damaged items. However owner went directly to VRBO and demanded the maximum amount they could charge on the CC. Luckily things don't work like that.

Dear Jeroen, we are sorry for the inconvenience for my appearance to clean the pool and my father to start the water engine to irrigate his garden outside the house. I always notice that I will come to clean the pool and I have never had complaints, it is something necessary for maintenance. Regarding the deposit we have not had other remedy to retain it completely. Vrbo has bills for the burnt table that you didn't even communicate, bills for the towels with which you cleaned the floor and the paint we bought to paint the walls dotted with drink as a result of your party. In five years it is the first time we charge a Deposit, I think it is perfect that you enjoy your holidays, but in Ibiza everything is NOT allowed.

De villa was simpelweg fantastisch! De locatie is uitstekend en zeer centraal gelegen. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Daarnaast is de eigenaar een vriendelijke en behulpzame man die altijd voor je klaarstaat.Wij komen zeker terug!

Es war rundum alles perfekt, ein traumhaftes Haus mit riesen Pool (inklusive Whirlpool) und ausreichend Sonnenliegen mit Schirmen. Einzige Minuspunkte: Ameisen in der Küche und Grillzubehör für den Outdoor Grill war leider nicht vorhanden, weshalb wir diesen nicht nutzen konnten.

Alles is precies als op de foto. Een heerlijk ruim huis met een groot zwembad. Alex staat altijd voor je klaar als er iets is. 100% aanrader voor een relaxte vakantie op Ibiza.
