A Villa Can Rafalet está localizada na região montanhosa, com 400 m² de área de estacionamento privativo/estacionamento para embarcações, portão automático e áreas de estar (interior e exterior) de aproximadamente 650 m², divididas da seguinte forma:
ÁREA EXTERIOR COM CERCA DE 500 m²:
TERRAÇO: Zona muito ampla e soalheira (dimensões a rondar os 350 m²), totalmente revestida a pedras naturais, com piscina privada iluminada à noite de 4 em 4 horas (dimensões máximas de 12 m x 5,5 m e profundidade de 45 cm a 195 cm), 6 espreguiçadeiras em madeira e 2 cadeiras de praia.
De qualquer ponto do terraço, pode apreciar uma vista panorâmica das montanhas e de todo o parque natural. Equipado com uma mesa de madeira maciça de 230 cm x 130 cm com 3,5 m de guarda-sol, 4 bancos, 2 espreguiçadeiras e um conjunto de almofadas.
O guarda-sol do terraço tem 3 m de diâmetro e está coberto com folhas de palmeira (ou similar), e por baixo dele está uma mini mesa de pedra.
Na pequena casa de madeira, pode guardar as almofadas, o guarda-sol e o resto dos seus pertences durante a noite.
Em frente, encontra-se a mesa de ténis de mesa; possui um conjunto completo com 4 raquetes e 4 bolas.
Uma mini gaveta onde pode encontrar a botija de gás butano para a cozinha.
Para completar esta área, existem 4 tomadas, 5 candeeiros exteriores e, atrás da casa de madeira, existem 30 m² de horta com vegetais e plantas aromáticas; irrigação automática em toda a área do terraço e da horta (o máximo de privacidade para os nossos hóspedes).
JARDIM COM ÁREA DE CHILLOUT:
40 m² de relva sintética de alta qualidade com 4 sofás de 100 cm x 50 cm x 75 cm + mesa redonda de 80 cm de diâmetro revestida em pele sintética branca e uma mesa almofadada de 60 cm x 50 cm, também revestida em pele sintética, com dois guarda-sóis brancos revestidos com folhas de palmeira (ou similar), cada um com 2 m de diâmetro. A iluminação desta zona é feita por tubos de silicone em todo o diâmetro dos guarda-sóis, com interruptores de controlo.
ÁREA DE CHURRASQUEIRA:
Sombra sob 2 guarda-sóis e adjacente à área do terraço, com um tamanho total de aproximadamente 40 m², onde existe um grelhador de 100 cm x 50 cm com grelha de aço inoxidável puro (antioxidante), de 80 cm x 40 cm, com altura ajustável conforme necessário por um sistema mecânico... roda uma manivela e sobe ou desce, evitando queimaduras devido ao manuseamento da grelha.
Abaixo estão os acessórios, como alicate de aço, pá, escova, etc. A pia tem 40 cm de diâmetro, montada sobre uma prateleira revestida com tijolos refractários e azulejos de 150 cm x 40 cm, com uma prateleira em alvenaria onde existe sabão.
Um banco convida-o a relaxar enquanto cozinha. Descendo a pequena escadaria, chega-se à zona de jogos com uma mesa de bilhar original de 2 m x 1 m, feita à mão com 4 tacos + acessórios e futebol; 3500 kg de brita branca são o pavimento em toda a zona da churrasqueira.
ÁREA DO PÓRTICO:
Zona muito ventilada (dimensões totais a rondar os 40 m²), com uma mesa em madeira (200 cm x 100 cm regulável) e 6 cadeiras em ferro/madeira com almofadas.
Na parede frontal, encontra-se um jogo eletrónico de dardos e, por baixo deste, uma sapateira com capacidade para 15 pares de sapatos e 3 pares de saltos altos (dimensões totais: 140 cm x 80 cm x 25 cm).
Sofá de alta qualidade com 5,50 m de comprimento e ventilador silencioso de alta qualidade.
A iluminação é composta por 8 arandelas que garantem uma excelente luminosidade.
A área é revestida a pedra natural e os arcos são feitos em tijolo à vista.
LAVANDARIA E ÁREA DE ROUPAS SECAS
(dimensões aproximadas de 30 m²) oferece uma área de secagem em estilo rústico com 3 m x 2 m de altura, com estendais com capacidade para 8 a 10 pessoas por dia. É um estendal muito prático, fabricado em alvenaria (dimensões totais: 50 cm x 100 cm).
Aqui encontra uma máquina de lavar/secar roupa LG de 8 kg com programas de lavagem eletrónicos.
Há ainda um lavatório e, ao lado, um cesto para a roupa suja.
ÁREA DE ESTAR INTERNA
- SALA DE ESTAR: Ampla e luminosa, comunica diretamente com a zona da varanda-terraço (dimensões 8 m x 4 m).
A mesa é para 6 pessoas, mas é extensível até 2,20 m x 100 cm, e tem 6 cadeiras em madeira, em carvalho e pele.
O armário tem 2 gavetas, onde pode encontrar um termómetro, um conjunto de fios e uma caixa de primeiros socorros.
O armário e o armário da sala de estar têm um conjunto completo de pratos, chávenas, copos, talheres e tudo o que precisa para 6 pessoas. Ar condicionado/inversor de aquecimento LG.
Por baixo do bengaleiro, feito em madeira maciça, encontra-se uma sapateira (dimensões 100 cm x 100 cm x 25 cm).
A área de relaxamento é composta por um sofá anatómico em madeira com tapetes de visco, uma pequena mesa (dimensões 120 cm x 60 cm) com comandos para: TV 42 HD/3D, DVD/x 3D, CD estéreo com alta definição MP3-4, receptor de satélite Dream Box HD - leitor de cartões inteligentes com as operadoras Astra + Hotbird activadas, home cinema HD 5.1.
Na estante, encontram-se vários jogos de tabuleiro, tais como: risco, cartas, xadrez, gamão, dominó, dados, cubo, acessórios e jogos para a PlayStation 4+.
No canto, há uma grande chaminé revestida de tijolos.
A intensidade da luz pode ser ajustada com o regulador de intensidade.
A janela em arco tem 140 cm x 75 cm de largura, com cortinas de estilo rústico.
QUARTO PRINCIPAL: Amplo e luminoso, com acesso direto à varanda, terraço, piscina e à sala de jantar. Este quarto é composto por uma cama de casal, com as dimensões de 180 cm x 200 cm, em tijolo, com um colchão anatómico, ergonómico e antialérgico HR 40 kg m² + 13 cm de visco 50 kg m² (qualidade superior, ano 2020). O sistema de ar condicionado/aquecimento split é MITZUBISHI (máx. 22 dB, muito silencioso).
As dimensões totais dos armários são 200 cm x 230 cm x 55 cm, e é totalmente revestido a moquete, com 8 gavetas em madeira natural. O berço é construído em pinho maciço de 130 cm x 75 cm, com cama dobrável e totalmente equipado para o inverno e verão (apenas para o bebé).
CASA DE BANHO PRINCIPAL: Ampla e muito luminosa (4 m x 3 m), oferece a opção de estore motorizado no teto de 220 cm x 130 cm, de onde pode apreciar o céu e as estrelas enquanto desfruta de uma hidromassagem. O acesso à banheira de hidromassagem é feito através de uma escada elevada a 140 cm do chão, de onde se tem uma vista privilegiada para o céu.
Existem duas pias sobre uma estrutura de pedra natural, com as dimensões de 170 cm x 50 cm, e na parte da frente existe um grande espelho de 150 cm x 100 cm. E em baixo, encontra-se um pequeno armário (dimensões 180 cm x 60 cm x 50 cm), onde se encontra o secador de cabelo elétrico e o kit completo de higiene pessoal. As paredes são revestidas a cerâmica rústica.
Aninhada nos degraus, há uma balança eletrónica.
A janela é de pinho maciço e tem as dimensões de 80 cm x 60 cm.
QUARTO DE CASAL EM PEDRA: Luminoso e amplo (dimensões 3,20 m x 3,20 m), com uma cama de casal em pedra natural (dimensões 150 cm x 190 cm), o seu interior é totalmente revestido a alcatifa com colchão anatómico, ergonómico e antialérgico HR 30 kg m² + 8 cm de visco 40 kg m² (alta qualidade, ano 2019).
O ar condicionado/aquecimento é split LG (máx. 27 dB, silencioso).
CASA DE BANHO DO QUARTO DE CASAL:
As suas dimensões são de 2,20 m x 2,20 m e está equipado com uma cabine de massagem.
A casa de banho assenta sobre uma estrutura rústica de pedra rural (dimensões 110 cm x 60 cm), um espelho (dimensões 100 cm x 100 cm) e um pequeno armário (dimensões 100 cm x 60 cm x 50 cm), onde se encontra um conjunto completo para higiene pessoal.
QUARTO DE CASAL EM MADEIRA: Luminoso e amplo, com as dimensões 3,20 m x 3,20 m, comunicante com a sala de estar, oferece uma cama de casal em madeira maciça (dimensões 150 cm x 190 cm). O seu interior tem uma grande capacidade de arrumação com colchão anatómico, ergonómico e antialérgico HR 40 kg m² + 10 cm de visco 45 kg m² (excelente qualidade).
COZINHA: Muito luminosa (dimensões 4m x 4m), comunica directamente com a zona da varanda-terraço, de onde se tem uma vista panorâmica para o parque natural. O mesmo terraço tem janelas amplas (dimensões 3m x 1m, muito úteis para manter um olho nas crianças na piscina enquanto cozinham).
A despensa (1,5m x 2,4m x 60cm) ao lado tem duas prateleiras em azulejo, cada uma com 150cm x 50cm, com liquidificador... Todo o stock está no local, sinta-se à vontade para verificar.
A pia é dupla e em aço inoxidável, e assenta sobre uma estrutura rústica de grés. Existe ainda um compartimento para secar loiça revestido a azulejo e um pequeno armário (dimensões 120cm x 60cm x 50cm), onde normalmente estão guardados todos os produtos de limpeza e detergentes. Ao lado, encontra-se a máquina de lavar loiça com capacidade para 12 pessoas.
O forno é elétrico, tem 4 bicos, funciona a gás butano e tem exaustor. Existem também utensílios de cozinha feitos em madeira e aço.
A mesa de trabalho na cozinha é revestida a cerâmica rústica (dimensões totais de 3 m x 65 cm), onde se pode encontrar o micro-ondas, uma caixa de pão, tábuas de madeira para cortar, uma caixa de fiambre, etc.
As dimensões do armário são: 175 x 60 cm x 50 cm.
Nas gavetas, pode encontrar talheres, utensílios de cozinha como descascador de batatas, garfos grandes, facas, escorredores, toalhas de mesa, guardanapos, etc. (existe um inventário de todos os itens necessários).
As dimensões do frigorífico/frigorífico são: 200 cm x 60 cm x 50 cm.

A very clean and well equipped villa, particularly for those travelling with a baby. We had our 7 month old daughter with us and there was everything we could ever need for her (cot, over-cot changing table, baby bath, high chair, playpen, excellent washing machine to name only a few) which made our stay much more relaxed and enjoyable. The outdoor space is fantastic and the photos do not do it justice. It truly is beautiful and exceptionally comfortable with areas to suit everyone. The loungers were the comfiest I have ever lay on and I miss our afternoon naps in the hammock.Simone is a great host with excellent communication. I would highly recommend staying here and we would gladly return should we visit Ibiza again.Thanks again.

Perfect outside area - just beautiful. House had everything you needed. Convenient restaurant and small supermarket nearby. Short drive to 3 bays with other restaurants. Perfect adult family holiday was had.

We had a fantastic 11 days and Simone was a great host. We really enjoyed the large pool and outdoor space, BBQ area, pool table etc. the villa inside was very well maintained and kitchen well stocked. Beds very comfortable and great spaces. Lots of nearby beaches and restaurants. We will be back!

Fabulous Villa

We have stayed in Cala Vadella many times before, and this is best property so far. The outdoor space is amazing and the pool is perfect. The villa has everything you could possible need. Simone was the perfect host. Will definately be booking again for next year.

Amazing villa

The villa is stunning and just like the photos. It had everything we could of needed or ask for and more. Lovely quite location with amazing views. The restaurant just round the corner is brilliant and the local shop has everything you need.

Perfect stay

Just a perfect HolidayThe villa, the owner (Simone) , the location and the facilities are the best you can get!The villa itself is spacious, the facilities are great, a beautiful and large swimmingpool, pooltafel, tabletennis, etc. Also a nice patio with coolers, and a very quite and relaxing location with great unobstructed views.. we walked several times to Cala Carbó and Callo Vadella. Simone was just great, very polite and everything, and I just mean everyting is avaialble is the villa. As a BBQ fan, we cooked some evenings with fresh Fish and Meat and also fresh vegetables from the own garden of the villa.We would certainly recommend this villa !Best regards,Theo

Everything was perfect for our stay : prompt and efficient communication with the owner - Simone is a great host and very helpful - our late flight was not a problem - nothing was missing for baby - very good beds and equipments - calm and relaxing environment - even better than in the pictures - so a perfect stay - to do again !

Beautiful hide out spot

Everything we needed for our annual island trip. Amazing quiet hide out spot. Perfect if you want to have a relaxing holiday. Communication was easy and Simone is very respectful on your privacy. Just fantastic !

We've spend a week in the villa with six adults and a baby. The villa was great and there were many accessoires, like tabletennis, table football, biljart but also small things like phoneholders all over the place. In the evening even the pool was colorlighted. This was our first time, but we will be back for sure! Thanx Simone for your great hospitality.

Even more beautiful in real life!

We arrived in the evening and immediately experienced how beautiful it is. Even more beautiful than the photos! Simone is a nice host who I had direct contact with during our stay. Everything has been thought of and the villa is well cared for. The villa is located between the mountains with a beautiful sunset! It's verry close to small beaches with nice restaurants. Would you like to eat at the villa? Then you can use the delicious, fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden. A small supermarket is within walking distance. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely wonderful and relaxed villa

Can Rafalet is truly a great villa. The outside space is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the swimming pool, great sunbeds, pool table, diners outside imcluding BBQ and chilling out. As well as darts and table tennis. We have never before felt so welcome in a holiday home. Owner Simone is very kind, positive and helpful. When the dishwasher broke down a new one was installed within a day. The pool was kept clean daily and Simone helped us with tips about the island. All in all the perfect place to stay!!!

Wonderful villa and stay

Simone was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our stay very pleasant and his communication was brilliant - you couldn’t ask for a better host! The villa was exactly as described and in a lovely location with a small market and nice restaurant just a 5 minute walk. There were some great things to help make our daughter (10 months old) comfortable as well as lots of things to keep the adults entertained! We had a really lovely time. There is a lovely beach nearby with more nice restaurants, which are family friendly. The villa isn’t too far from the airport (about 25 mins), set your sat nav for the restaurant: La Sardina Loca and it’s the next left on the main road. Big towns are just a short drive. A beautiful location, lovely villa and super hosts - thank you so much!

Wonderful family stay

We had a wonderful week at Can Rafalet. It was spotlessly clean, and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. We found the beds comfortable and wooden slatted blinds at the bedroom windows so we slept really well. The neighbourhood is quiet but not remote - there's a lovely restaurant 100m away, as well as an excellent supermarket. Our teenage boys were kept entertained with the pool table, dart board and ping pong table, which was handy for October days which were a bit too cold for the pool. Simone was a great host, who kept the pool and grounds spotless throughout our week. He was on hand for recommendations and help. One recommendation we have is to take a day trip to Formentera and visit Playa de ses illetes - stunning! Thank you Simone for a really lovely week.

4 days of relaxation

The property has everything that you will need for a relaxing stay. Inside, there's a great selection of kitchen gadgets neatly stored away for use and the an extensive range of TV options and packages. The bedrooms and shower area are perfectly maintained. The outdoor area of the villa has everything that you could want - particularly for a family stay. A large and spotless pool area, lots of sunbeds, a pool table, and lots of other games for family fun. There are several seating areas to enjoy meals and snacks outdoors. The area itself is very peaceful. There's a well stocked supermarket just a 90 second walk away and a restaurant beside. The closest beach is just a 15/20 minute walk away with more supermarkets and restaurants. Simone was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions or queries that we had. A very relaxing break in a lovely house which is perfect for families with young children.

Fantastic villa in a gorgeous setting

We stayed at the villa for 1 week travelling with 4 adults and a 4 month old baby. We had a great time and the villa is absolutely lovely! The outside space is fantastic and it was great to have diversions of pool table, darts and table tennis. Inside the villa is quite small but everything was beautifully clean and well maintained. The master bedroom is huge but the other 2 rooms are quite small. The villa was well equipped for our baby the only thing missing which would have been useful would be a baby bath as it was extremely difficult to bath the baby in the sunken bath in the master bathroom - we bought a paddling pool in the end and used this! The location is great with amazing views. We did struggle to find the villa and would recommend directing taxi or sat nav to the La Sardina loca restaurant which is very close by. We looked at lots of options and this villa was more expensive but in our opinion was worth the extra costs for all the facilities available. Hosts were very helpful and on hand all the time for any queries.

Good property, unreasonable owner

We recently stayed at this villa, drawn by the beautiful outdoor space and in that regard, it truly delivers. The garden, pool and setting are without doubt the highlights of the property.Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay left a very negative impression, the main one being the behavior of the owner. He appeared on the property every 48 hours under the pretext of “maintenance”, but in reality it was clearly to monitor and check up on us. This constant presence felt intrusive and made it hard to relax or feel any sense of privacy.At checkout, the owner was already noticeably unfriendly but didn’t have the courage to address any concerns in person. Instead, he sent a long, aggressive email afterwards accusing us of “endangering the security of the property” because we had a few friends over for dinner, which was a clear overreaction. He also claimed that a tap near the tennis table was intentionally shut off, something we had no knowledge of whatsoever. While he admitted the house was left in good condition and that no damages would be charged, the tone of the message was unnecessarily hostile.What makes it even more ironic is that just two days before, the same owner offered to rent the property to us directly, without going through the rental platform, for a future stay. A rather revealing offer that contradicts his later outrage and shows how inconsistent and hypocritical he is when it comes to enforcing his own so-called rules.

Your review is surprising because the things you dispute, which left you with a negative impression, relate to the implementation of the contractual clauses. Regarding maintenance, everything is stated in the contract you signed to book. All our guests are informed of the maintenance days upon arrival and choose the times. Furthermore, they receive text messages/emails the same day, informing them of the exact start time and estimated completion time. Property maintenance is essential to ensure maximum comfort and the proper functioning of the services offered. The pool's pH and chlorine tests are MANDATORY BY LAW, the porch plants need watering, the vegetable garden requires maintenance, the pool filters need cleaning, and the pool needs filling. Everything is stated in the contract you signed. Furthermore, the contract provides for complete privacy during the stay, with you taking responsibility for property maintenance yourself. You did not choose this option. The contract, the photos, and the board displayed on the villa's porch clearly state that parties and guests not registered in the contract are not permitted. Could this be the reason I didn't greet you warmly upon checkout? Your review demonstrates your negligence in booking this villa, signing a contract you most likely didn't even read.

Great family villa, stunning hillside views, quite remote

This villa has all you could ask for for a family with small children, it’s a cute rustic villa with wonderful and well thoughtout outdoor facilities. The pool isn’t heated so I took wetsuits for the children (nearly 4 and 8 months) and my older son was in the pool most of the day all days (in late sept). There are lots of lovely additions like the herb and veg garden and astro turfed area with additional ‘ibiza style’ seating; the kitchen had every appliance you can imagine and the vendors were very attentive with our requests. For us personally the villa was too remote though, it was walking distance to a great restaurant (open from 11am - 1am, 6 days a week) and a well stocked supermarket, but the beach (Cala Vadella - very beautiful and worth a visit) was down a very steep hill so not walkable especially with 2 kids, and getting a taxi - wow that was a challenge! We had hired a car (thankfully) and the beach was only 5 mins drive, nearest town San Jose was 10-15 mins drive. We did have some lovely days out, this side of Ibiza is truly beautiful and the villa was right in the hills so the views were stunning. If you want to get away from it all and to a peaceful and beautiful place this is definitely the one, it was just a bit too remote for us personally which is why I’ve given it 4 instead of 5 stars. There were also quite a lot of mosquito’s so take repellent! :)

Dear Katie, I generally don't respond to reviews because I understand every yardstick, but in this case I'm really sorry and surprised about your assessment, because it's not relevant to our services offered (in concept of rating stars). I wish to inform you that the evaluation of a property seriously compromises the market ranking of the same, and in our case we believe that it is without a valid reason. Your evaluation was made in relation to external agents and not considering our professionalism and the quality of the services offered compared with other villas of the same characteristics. Unfortunately I have to disagree with the fact that the villa is in a "remote" área (also you have choose this área when booking), because this does not correspond to reality. The villa is only 10 minutes by car (highly recomendable) from San José, which is the largest municipality on the island of Ibiza, 15 minutes from San Antonio, 25 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Ibiza city, with the roads in very good condition and paved up to the villa. In the island of Ibiza there are so-called "remote" properties, because they are far from services and accessible only with country roads that can sometimes be even 3 to 4 km, and sometimes too full of holes! But our property is located in a strategic area of the natural park, in the middle of the 3 of the most beautiful bays of the island, very well comunicated and equipped with many services, such as 4 supermarkets less than 2 minutes by car (2 of them open 7 days on 7), marine medical service, renting of boats, pedalos, canoes, connection with daily boats to Formentera island, San Antonio, Ibiza and all the most relevant beaches, diving center, as many as 15 restaurants all in the surrounding areas less than 3 minutes by car, motorbike and car rental, private boat excursions, bus, ATM machines etc. Regarding mosquitoes, like you know, we have repellents for all internal areas + electromagnetic device that can be used in the porch. The fact that you have found so many mosquitoes, depends on the fact that you came in late September, where there is high humidity at night and high temperature during the day, so the perfect condition because the eggs hatch. It is a pity that you have not informed us, we could have found a solution for the outer areas and thus further improve comfort for future guests. However, even if I do not agree with your rating, I would like to thank you for your visit. My best wishes, Simone

Great villa but caveat emptor

The villa itself is in a lovely setting, amongst the mountains en route to Cala Vadella and, although there are other villas in the vicinity, it has a surprisingly remote feel. The interior of the villa is quite rustic, in keeping with the surroundings, while the exterior is excellent with a few differing zones that look slightly hodge podge from the photos on Vrbo but work excellently. We had a lovely stay in the villa with our two children (4 months and 4) and our friends and their 20 month old, the villa is perfect for families with young children with a variety of different playpens, bouncers, multiple high chairs and pool floaties. The only thing drawback with the villa was the owner, whose conduct left a lot to be desired. On the day we checked out he could not make it to the villa at 11:45AM to checkout so he advised us to leave the keys in the letterbox and he would handle everything, mistake. The villa was left tidy but not scrupulously clean (as you would expect after a week long stay with three children under 5 and given a clean is included in the cost). Admittedly also a few pots and pans were left accidentally dirty and some water based felt-tip pen marks were left on a table but the owner felt this gave him carte blanche to place the blame on many of the tired items of the villa on us. Given we were not there for the checkout there was very little we could do. I understand it has been a tough couple of years for owners of holiday homes and many of them are feeling the strain but this was too far. When we returned home we received a msg via Vrbo from the owner who, having perused the CCTV of the entrance to the property, accused us of breach of contract by having extra guests with "permanence of residence", threatening a lawsuit and that action had already been raised via the Guardia Civil. Indeed, we had visitors to the villa, as we have in multiple locations across the globe. When we highlighted these were visitors rather than guests the owner became aggressive and accused us of lying. The contract is unclear, if we were not allowed visitors, why was that not made clear? If we were not allowed visitors, why, on the two instances the owner saw us with them did he not make it clear either? No parties is clear and completely understandable. If the owner could not meet us at our checkout time why was he coming up the road at the exact time we were leaving? Lovely villa, great holiday, owner left a bitter taste at the end.

I cannot understand how vrbo / homeaway allows negligent people like you to have an opinion / rating, and after evaluating your civilization during your stay in our property, with more than 35 photos proving this. From irreversible stains, to grease even on the windows, in the sofa, as well as an unrecognizable kitchen, completely dirty, with pots stored with oil inside them, up to having to need more than 1 hour just to clean the oven! Damages in-out, obstructions in the drains, sand in all interior areas, in the sheets and decorative pillows on the floor amidst all the dirt. You didn't even have the courtesy to remove decorative doilies on the tables, and ate on them, staining them with wine or sauce. It is a real pity that I cannot report your degree of civilization here with photos. You have practiced illegal tourism occupying the property with 9 or more people and not registered in the contract, endangering the safety of our property and therefore of our company, demonstrating unprecedented selfishness and absolute lack of understanding for future guests. Your assessment is nothing more than the fruit of your grudge and was only made when you faced your responsibilities. These are the emails sent by you to us spontaneously: check-in (24 hours later): Just to let you know that the signed documents are in the mailbox for you now. Sorry for the delay. We are having a lovely time your villa is wonderful. check-out: Good evening, We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful villa. We had a few breakages unfortunately. Suddenly from wonderfull your evaluation has turned into normal! You are contributing to polluting the market with incongruent valuations. People who want to rent villas are not interested in conflicts (especially after 3 weeks from your check-out, and due only to your total negligence), but to know from the travelers' evaluations the conditions of the services offered and the experience during the stay. This is why the review is needed! People like you shouldn't have the privilege of voting, precisely because you have no competence in this considering that you have practically no clause followed in your contractual compromises, apart from noise. I do not believe you are allowed to reside in this type of villa, nor in any private home. Tenants after you have had to endure repairs, obstructions, spare parts and delays. And unfortunately, due to our honesty, you paid the minimum for the damage done, and with your consent.... in a word, shameful!
