All around, this was a very pleasant stay at Robin's place, and I'd definitely recommend it, though a couple of caveats worth mentioning.Robin was a fantastic host who made sure our needs were met before, during, and after our stay. He responds quickly and always finds solutions. Credit to him, without him this would've been a different experience. The house itself is unique for Ibiza and full of charm. Like other reviews say, it looks even better in person than in photos. The outdoor space is gorgeous and spacious, the pool is large and great to swim in, and with no neighbors around you feel like you're on another planet, despite being in one of the island's best locations.Being more of a house than a hotel, electricity (and AC) capacity is a bit limited. There was only one AC unit, in the main bedroom, but Robin installed a second in the mezzanine shortly before our stay, which helped a lot. The bungalow, a small separate room with its own bathroom, is a nice bonus space, though it runs warm in summer and could use better airflow. Best suited as extra space rather than a primary room for two adults, but it has real potential. On location: without exaggeration, this is the best spot on the island, close to Eivissa town, San Antonio, the west coast beaches, inland villages like Santa Gertrudis, and still reasonably near the north beaches. All in all, huge thanks to Robin. We'd say groups of up to 4 adults will get the most out of this house.

Absolutely loved this villa! Robin our host was lovely and very helpful. The house is full of character and charm with a stunning pool. We hired a car which is perfect as you are in the peaceful countryside with amazing views. The layout suited us perfectly with a double with air con, a double upstairs on the mezzanine and a cute outhouse seperate in the garden. Sant Joseph had some shops and restaurants and various beaches are a short drive away. Loved it, hope to book again.

Perfect stay

Robin’s house is beautiful - built and furnished with a lot of love and individuality. We especially liked the outdoor area with the large pool. The house is in a quiet area but at the same time close to Ibiza-town, Sant Josep and many beautiful beaches. Robin is a helpful, pleasant host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely house with beautiful backyard in the hills of Ibiza

Me and my partner really enjoyed and loved our holiday in robins house in Ibiza! Very welcoming, quiet and with great attention to detail. The pictures on the website don’t match the reality, it is even better. Robin was a great host, he was always available if we had some questions. For sure we want to come back!

Cosy Villa in lovely in perfect location to explore the island

We loved our stay at the villa. Robin the owner was really kind and fulfilled every wish no matter if it was an orange juicer or sunshades for the beach. Terrace and pool are amazing and we been spending a lot time at the house to enjoy the beautiful area. Only thing that is good to know is that there is only one Bedroom with AC and the rest is with fan which is quite hot during the summer in Ibiza. But we would come back to this lovely place anytime and can just recommend it.

Beautiful secluded property

Robin has the most amazing property. It is very well kept with all required appliances. The gardens and pool area are incredible. Robin was regularly on hand to answer questions and checked in regularly via whatsapp throughout our stay. As Robin stays on the land next to the property, he was able to drop in when required. He also charges his car on the premesis. We loved our stay and would happily stay again!

A Slice of Paradise in South Ibiza!

From the moment I set foot in this beautiful villa in South Ibiza, I was captivated. Nestled in a picturesque location, the villa exudes a charm that promises a serene and unforgettable holiday experience. The architecture and interiors of the villa are nothing short of amazing. Every corner, every space has been thoughtfully designed, making you feel at home while still offering the luxury of a top-tier holiday retreat. The kitchen, stocked with all the amenities and extras one could wish for, made every meal preparation a joy. Whether you're an avid chef or someone who enjoys the occasional cookout, this villa has got you covered. But it was the pool that truly stole my heart. Crystal clear waters, perfect for those lazy afternoons or an invigorating morning swim, framed by the lush surroundings of Ibiza's landscape. Above all, the warmth and assistance of the villa owner added a personal touch to the experience. Always ready to help and ensure our stay was comfortable, their hospitality was the cherry on top of our perfect holiday. In conclusion, if you're looking for an idyllic escape in Ibiza, where luxury meets comfort, and where every detail is tailored for guest satisfaction, look no further. This villa is not just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself.

Pushy and coercive man!

- Robin told us in a compelling tone that we should be very quiet because the house was located in a peaceful countryside ("do you understand: no parties or music!!!") But during our stay (7days) there were 2 noisy disco parties / neighbour's exercise music until morning. - There were many lizards and gekko's in the house, they could enter the house under the frames of the house. The last day we also detected a mouse in the kitchen. We saw a lot of mice and reptiles outside the house, near the pool and the terrace. - The ad said that the house has 3 bedrooms and airconditioning. But there was only one real bedroom (with airco). The other "bedrooms" were located in a small barn near the house (very hot, without airco and unwashed bedding) and there was a bed in a passage above, without doors / walls (also too hot, without airco). - Robin sent several messages, he wanted to enter the house 2 times; for wifi; to reboot the modem (he said one of us pulled out the main plug from its socket - this wasn't true! And he wanted to access his workroom in the house during our stay . He entered the garden directly (without knocking on the door), he violated our privacy. We rented a car from Robin, the two back doors didn't function properly. We couldnt close one of the doors and we couldn't open one of the doors from inside, it was very unsafe. - The swimming pool was lovely.

This review is totally incorrect and false. The client has a personal issue with me,obviously. All my clients are happy with the conditions and have given me 5 star reviews.I would describe her review as "Slander"and I will start acciones against her if Vrbo does not delete this review at once.During her stay e erything went well,so this review comes as a complete suprise. When you rent a property, you always get one "bad apple" If you have any decency, you will take this review off the Vrbo website, unless,of course, you actually enjoy insulting people.

You will love the pool and outside area, feel like a rock star!

The pictures don't do this villa justice, it looks great, particularly from outside. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out or meet together. The real highlight is the pool area, large, clean, plenty of furniture with areas of sunshine and shade to relax or eat, plus a separate outdoor barbecue area and table. The pool is lit at night and has an outdoor shower. The TV has films and programs in English via Moviestar. The internet worked well for all our many devices in the living room area and outside nearby, but not quite so good in the master bedroom where it was a bit weaker. My wife was worried about the stairs in the picture for the kids (no banister/rail) but fear not the picture is out of date, there is a banister. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery etc. There is a shaded parking spot. The master bedroom has air-con and the other bedrooms have fans. There is a security gate with fob to open, an alarm system for when you are out, and a safe for valuables. You do definitely need a car for this villa as its in a peaceful, countryside location, and its too long a walk to get on bus routes or for taxis to find it easily, but with a car the location is great (10 - 15 minutes to centre of Eivissa / Ibiza Town and the ferries to Formentera, 5 minutes to Sant Josep, and also 10 - 15 mins from Sant Antoni). Plenty of beaches close to the property, we liked Cala Tarida the most, but plenty of other famous ones nearby as well as Es Vedra and ses salines. For parking in Eivissa pop carrer de cabrera into your sat nav as its a quick route to the big car park near the port and old town Works very well for families, and also close enough for a night out in Ibiza town or Sant Antoni - looking at about a 25 to 30 Euro taxi ride.

Fabulous!

We loved our stay at Can Simone, the villa is fab - unique, homely and very comfortable. Stocked with everything you need, all the basics in the kitchen, including water in the fridge and toiletries in the bathroom, meaning no need for the initial dash to the shops as soon as you arrive so your holiday can begin immediately. The pool area is wonderful, surrounded by nature and views of the hills. Robin and Janna are perfect hosts, so helpful and friendly and on hand if you need anything. The area is beautiful and very handy for San Jose, Ibiza Town and all of the nearby beaches. A car is a must, but you won't ever have to drive far. We can't wait to visit again!
