Take a quick trip to Carolina beach to enjoy this ocean front home. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate multiple families. 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Walk out on your newly renovated boardwalk to play in the sand. Clean off in the outdoor shower. Stroll downtown for shops/restaurants and around the lake where you can paddle boat. Take a short drive to the NC Aquarium. This home has parking on premises, 4 smart TVs, full sized washer/dryer, and an elevator. Come back to grill outside and enjoy a cocktail on one of the 3 decks.

Great house and location

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Carolina Beach in this home. It was extremely well stocked. The location was excellent as we rented golf carts and did not move our vehicles after we arrived. The communication from the owner was excellent and very quick. We will be returning to this house in the future.

Even though I live here (Monkey Junction) I rented Sunrise as my grandson and his family (from Texas) could have some space. It was a beautiful location and the weather treated us very nicely. House was spotless and Chris responded quickly to any needs we had. We loved it so much this could become a family tradition.

Great/convenient location but communication could be better

This beach house was great. The location is gorgeous and convenient. Plenty of beach things to use/borrow, outdoor shower made it easy to clean up before entering house, beautiful sunrises, super close to plenty of things including boardwalk. However we did have some issues that arose when we arrived. The keypad to enter the home was not working so we had to get to a hard key in a lockbox. The host was helpful walking us through this process on the phone however, did not call to help us with this until after our checkin time. It became a bit stressful while waiting to get into the home with multiple families and 8 young kids. Upon entering, the fire alarm was chirping, we changed the battery, still chirped, and ended up leaving it down for our stay per the hosts’ suggestion. Also the fridge was set to a warm setting (60 degrees) and we ended up having to keep our perishable fridge items in the wine cooler to be sure they didn’t spoil for a couple days until the fridge temp adjusted. Before our stay the host was very responsive to any questions we had but when we were on property, the urgency to answer and address issues seemed to drop. We were a bit disappointed in that but overall, the convenience of the property and location was exactly what we were looking for. We spoke to the host about all concerns and he seemed to be addressing them all. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

Fabulous Family Fun

Each summer, my family, which consists of six adults and four children under seven, take a vacation in the Carolina Beach area. This year, our trip became our absolute favorite. The accommodations were superb, the location excellent, and the ease of communication with the owner was fantastic. We found the property clean, very well stocked and exactly as advertised. We will be back!!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We were very pleased with our stay and not only loved the views and the location, the house provided enough space for two families staying together. We could tell that the owner put careful thought in the setup throughout the house- from the amenities to each room and living space. We loved that most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance like nearby restaurants and the boardwalk. Access to the beach was just a 2 minute walk and it wasn't nearly as crowded as some areas. Overall it was the perfect place for us to stay and we'd all love to come back since everybody had such a great time! Thank you, Chris!

Awesome trip

Everything about our stay was perfect!! Our host called me the night we arrived just to make we got there and everything was good. If we needed him for anything he was just a phone call or text message away. The rooms were great! The kitchen had it all!! Highly recommend.

Paradise

We loved our stay at Chris’ house. It was absolutely beautiful and pristine. The views on 3 decks and easy access to the ocean (one short bridge) made it easy to navigate our needs of a family of 13 with ages ranging from 13-79. Plenty of beds and seating. We loved it. The teens loved walking to $2 ice cream at the boardwalk every day too. Fireworks could be seen from multiple directions several times during our trip from our decks. We loved it! Thank you so much for having us.

Family Beach Holiday

We had the best time! The property was perfect for our vacation with 4 generations all comfortable and happy under 1 roof. Great grandma loved the elevator and sitting on the porches. We loved that the kids could come and go to the beach all day without crossing any roads. I also loved the outdoor shower! Plenty to do within walking distance. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!!

My family enjoyed our stay here last weekend! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Loved being beachfront and enjoying the sunrises from the deck!

Recharge the soul

From top to bottom, It was a fantastic vacation. The house was perfect, the weather was spectacular, gave us a chance to recharge before we head back to our work lives.

Beautiful Views!

This property is decorated beautifully. There is space for everyone! The host spared no expense with hand soaps, bath wash, shampoo and conditioner. The paper products were of great quality too. My family enjoyed every second at this house. Oh and there is wine frig too, that was a nice surpise.

Beautiful Beach House

Our family had an amazing beach vacation here even with the elevator not working until the end of the trip. Overall great place to stay with a large family however if you need the elevator for wheelchair accessibility (luckily we didnt) I'd be hesitant as the elevator seemed a little unreliable.

Great location and hosts!!

Property was perfectly located within walking distance to boardwalk and restaurants, we didn't have to get in the car once!! We had one very minor issue which did not impact our stay at all, we contacted the host who acknowledged the concern right away. When we booked the house, host was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was greatly appreciated!!

Excellent oceanfront home for large family

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this beachfront home. It was large enough for my family of six, and each person had their own room for privacy and enjoyment. Most importantly, its oceanfront location and walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants cannot be overlooked. Also, Chris and Melissa were great at responding immediately to our needs. We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Carolina Beach!

Cant Wait To Book Again

This was my first VRBO. I wont lie I was sceptic to say the least. It made me nervous not knowing what to expect. All that went away after communicating with the owners over the few weeks leading up to our arrival. They where great and eased any concerns we may of had. As for the house, wow is all I can say. Trust me you"ll love it. The four stories "counting the car port under the house" make for some fun climbs to help burn off those big vacation meals and trust me I had more than my share. The house is located perfectly in a quit clean neighborhood and is eady walking distance to a great evening desert place called The Peach Cobler or somthing along those lines. As beautiful as this place is the best part and the reason anyone pays extra to book a ocean front house is the view and my god what a view it is. Youll have not one but three ocean front decks to enjoy the ocean view straight off your balcony. Two of which are adjacent to the bed rooms and ones off the living room/ kitchen area. Speaking of the kitchen you'll have plenty of room to cook those big family breakfasts or spread out the pizza boxs for everyone to share. As for the area we had never been to any beach in North Carolina and was hesitant for sure to book our one family vacation to place we had never been, but hey you never know until you try so we went for it. We where blown away with the lack of crowds on the beach and just how clean the they where. Ive stay allot of places but id say this has to be our favorite vacation yet. So if your on the edge of booking i hope this honest review can help guide you into a wonderful vacation home own by some great people. Thank You For Your Time Ps Go Eat At Freddys Italian by the Pierre, one if the best steaks ive ever had and their pasta is by far the best anyone of us had ever tried. Summer vacation

The property was in a nice location and ocean front . May not be ideal for older couples , but there is an elevator . Only 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower used for cleaning after visiting the beach . Spacious common area and easy walk to near by restaurants. Extremely clean. Overall a nice place to stay.
