Our townhome is about 50 yards to the Whales Tail Restaurant, which is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! They have an open air bar on the beach side where you can walk up in your swimsuit and flip flops to get your favorite summer drink! (They also have restrooms that you can access in swimsuit and flip flops!)

Great location

Great updated condo, perfect for our group of five adults. Located just steps away from the beach and The Whale’s Tail restuarant & bar. Would definitely stay here again.

Short walk to the beach! Unit was on the lake my kids enjoyed it watching the ducks on the screened in patios upstairs and downstairs which were very nice!

Beach vacation

Great stay. The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to any restaurant. The owners are super easy to work with and everything is better than advertised.

Beautiful house in a great spot!

The townhome was in the perfect spot in relation to the beach! Literally steps away. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family with two littles, the trundle bed was very exciting for them. Sheri was a great host and helped ensure we had an amazing vacation with our family. Will definitely book this one again!

Very clean, modern, close to beach

We had a great stay. The unit has been well-maintained and updated. It is very close to the beach and convenient to several restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay!

The condo was perfect for our family! The screened in porch on the back patio is right on the water and we spent a lot of time out there watching the ducks, turtles, and fish! Very close to the beach and she Whales Tale restaurant is great for a quick lunch. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals, and plenty of towels to use through out the trip. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

We had a lovely time here. After some initial struggles locating the unit (there was a road closure inside the resort and the gate guard sent us on a bit of a voyage), we arrived to find a tidy, clean townhouse with awesome proximity to the beach. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful—she went above and beyond to help us get internet access on our first night. Highly recommend for your family.

Fantastic Condo

This was the third Seascapes unit we’ve stayed in, and it was the best combination of location, cleanliness, space, and amenities. I’ve never stayed in a unit that is as well stocked as this one, and the proximity to the beach and showers is fantastic. You can walk to the beach in 2 minutes, and there are grocery stores, restaurants, outlet shops and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive. Sheri was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to our initial questions, and the best short-term rental host we’ve worked with yet. You won’t be disappointed with this condo!

Wonderfully Comfortable Home Away From Home!

My family of 6 stayed at this awesome condo, perfectly located a very short walk to the beach. It was wonderful to never have to worry about driving to a beach and fighting parking nightmares! We could walk to just about anything we wanted, and we felt very safe on property as well as off property in the area. We did encounter one problem with internet, but I have to say, Sheri handled the issue like a boss & had me back online in no time! She was very responsive to my text messages. There is PLENTY of space in the condo for a large family. It's comfortably decorated as well. Speaking of comfort, the king sized master bed was so wonderfully comfortable I wish I had looked to see what brand and model it was! There is also a lovely screened porch with a swing off the back of the condo. So soothing to the soul to sit out there at night listening to the frogs and in the mornings with daily duck visits. The pool was also great for a change when the kids were tired of the saltwater, and it was very close to the condo. I feel very lucky to have stumbled across the listing for this rental. I don't think I could have been any happier with any other rental. The condo was clean, comfortable and was the perfect location! Don't hesitate to rent this condo! It's great, as are the owners who were so committed to making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. As a side note, I had a family emergency which took me out of the country, and Sheri was super flexible with me regarding the final payment. I'm sure she would not like to make a habit of receiving late payments, but it certainly made all the difference for me and she was great to deal with. Lastly, they agreed to give me a military family discount, which melts my heart . These people know how to rent their condo! Customer service can't be beat!

Best Condo Ever!

The place was very clean, newly remodeled & close to the beach & pool. We have stayed at Seascape 10 years & this was the best! (I’m really glad our usual place was booked) We will rent this again for sure!

Wonderful location and rental

We’ve stayed in Seascape for 12+ years, and this is our favorite rental to date. The location is perfect, the unit is beautiful and well cared for, and the owners have thoughtfully stocked it for a family. You will not be disappointed.

Sunny destination

We stayed in a wonderful, very clean condo unit overlooking a lake and within walking distance to the beach. The unit had beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for the kids etc. It was an awesome experience and we definitely plan on staying here again!!

Miramar Beach-Seascape

We had a fantastic time! The condo is ideally located to the beach. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and a great layout for our needs. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and connected to a bathroom. The master and a twin bed w/trundle are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The screened in porches are an added feature. A family of ducks arrived like clockwork each morning at 9 looking for breakfast :). We brought ladder ball and corn hole and were able to play in the grassy areas between the units. Overall, a great stay!

Best Week Ever

What a wonderful week we had! Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo had plenty of space and so convenient to everything. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife during the day and listening to the tree frogs at night. Saw some pretty big turtles in the lake too. The beach is fabulous, and just a quick walk. We saw a stingray at sunrise in the surf, which was awesome. The kids enjoyed the pool too. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for giving us the perfect place to take our much needed vacation!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay a great deal! The location to the pool is great, and the beach is not far. We found the beach to be a bit crowded near the public access, so we walked beyond the Whale’s Tail to be able to spread out. We had a group of ducks that visited every morning at the back porch. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Paul and Sheri currently reside in Nashville, TN and love taking trips to the beach! Paul is originally from Richmond, VA and moved to Nashville to attend college at David Lipscomb University. Sheri is originally from Plymouth, WI and moved to Nashville after college at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The two met through mutual friends and were married in October 2009 on the beach in Destin! Needless to say, Destin is a very special place for them! They hope you will enjoy their townhouse that they remodeled together and make some special memories of your own! Cheers!
