The main living level includes a stunning living room and dining room with pocketing sliders to allow for panoramic Gulf views allowing breathtaking sunsets every night. There is a stunning gourmet kitchen that includes a gas range, jura coffee maker, breakfast bar, large island, back kitchen/butlers pantry & pantry.

There are two private guest suites with king beds and full baths ensuites. As well as guest laundry, custom bar w/ seating, and powder bath on the main floor.

UPPER LEVEL
The 3rd floor features the master king bedroom with a private lanai, fireplace and a spacious bathroom w/ Toto automated toilet, walk-in shower w/multiple shower heads and heated floors.

On this level is a spacious king bedroom suite along with ensuite bathroom, the study with a queen pull out bed, a full bath and the flex/bonus room which includes a queen pull out sofa bed, custom bar and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

LOWER LEVEL
Inside the air-conditioned 6-car garage, you'll find a lower-level hangout space complete with a home gym, two large-screen TVs, classic arcade games, board games, ping pong, and more.
