The Space:

Centrally located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this affordable cabin is close to The Big Store, restaurants, shops, and is perfect for a small family! Light and airy, Seaside Serenity is a cute, comfortable home with high speed internet for your convenience. You are just moments away from the beach when you are ready to hit the waves!



The living room offers plenty of cozy seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a television. There is a tidy, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a table for meals. You'll also find a twin daybed with a twin trundle.

The bedroom features a queen bed, and there is an additional bunk room that offers twin over twin bunks.



Outside on the ground level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer, lawn furniture, beach cart and beach toys, and a charcoal barbecue pit for cooking your favorite outdoor meals. There's also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a glorious day on Crystal Beach. This comfortable cabin is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy beach access!



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

I really liked the locationā€”it was just a 2-minute walk from the beach, which was amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower, which was a nice touch. That said, the cleanliness of the house was a major issue. There was dust everywhereā€”on the headboards, blinds, and other surfacesā€”which made my allergies flare up after just one night. There were also ants in the kitchen. To top it off, we found an old, dirty toothbrush under the bedā€”definitely not the kind of ā€œcomplimentaryā€ item anyone wants to find. When we arrived, the Wi-Fi wasnā€™t working, but the hosts had excellent communication and sent someone out the next day to replace the router, which we really appreciated. Overall, the location and the hostā€™s responsiveness were great, but the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable.

Beach get away

Great property. Bed was uncomfortable. But we stayed on the beach most of the time. Lots of space if you have lots of kids. Bunk bed, trundle bed and 3 couches.

My little family loved this little beach house. It was perfect for us! I will say the bed in the master room wasnā€™t very comfy but all in all it was a great stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Crystal Beach several times a year. This was not a cheap rental. However it was very run down. It needs to be painted. The bed was awful. We slept on the couch. The restroom was very out dated. It said it had a grill. The grill was a $25 grill from Walmart that was filthy and rusted out. Just not the experience I was expecting when I get sometime away from home. I will say the people at Swedes were super nice!!!

Fun relaxing vacation

The location of property itself was perfect for us not far from beach had pretty much everything you'd need expect as stated no linens meaning sheets & towels which I usually like to use my own pillow & blankets. I use to work in housekeeping so of course to what I consider to be clean this house needed a little extra cleaning but again I pay attention to detail and still wired to look for the hotspots lol also we did have an issue arise during our stay and was resolved within 10 mins!!! literally not even 5 mins after letting office know maintenance was at the property to fix issue. Overall great stay and would definitely rent this property again for location and price.

Great stay for our family of 7!

We had a great stay! Would definitely rent this beach house again. It slept all 7 of us comfortably. Very close access to the beach; we walked and drove down to the beach. The view is great and quiet area. Golf cart rental accross the street if needed. No washer/dryer but they are in the process of adding that. Full kitchen and we loved that there's a Keurig and bbq pit! The kids (all 5) really liked this beach house. Rental was easy! Great experience. Thank you and God bless!

I didnā€™t realize until being there how much traffic and partying there was on the beach that we could walk to from the place, but we had a great time. The late afternoon check out on the final day was a huge plus for us. The place was somewhat dated but nice and met all of our needs very well. it was clean, and had everything in the kitchen that we could have needed, including alcohol! We were a little wondering about how it would feel sleeping on top of plastic mattress covers, but it was better than I first expected and worked out fine.
