When you book this delightful studio, you and your lucky guest will be granted access to incredible community amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, grills, beach bar, and grill. This seventh-floor, snowbird-friendly abode boasts a private balcony with million-dollar beach views and a well-appointed kitchenette with a minifridge, coffee maker, and microwave. You will surely enjoy the location, with the beach mere steps away, minutes from local attractions, and endless options for local shopping and dining.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place for long weekend

This was a great place to stay on the beach. Very clean, and nice amenities. Could use some maintenance- the trash can lid was broken and didn’t stay on, the lint filter wouldn’t go in all the way so it can catch on your clothes, and the a/c unit seems to be tied to the unit next door and if they leave door or window open, it can shut down your unit. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the views are great! The back porch was large.

Wonderful stay

This was the most spacious condo we’ve stayed in at PCB. Location was great and the unit was stocked with everything we needed plus some! We will be back for sure.

Everything was as described. A little dated, but very spacious and accommodating the 6 of us easily. Never could decipher remote to tv in front room, but we were not in there much🤷 Balcony was great for people and ocean watching and right above pool area to watch my teen girls, lol. Security really checks for bands and vehicle passes. We stayed at tidewater last year. I would return to either. Pier Park within walking distance. Traffic heavier Thur- Sun but expect this time of year. We had a great time and we're sad to leave! Definitely family fun at Pirates Voyage dinner and show and Ripleys- do the Zombie theater!!!

Absolutely amazing

Had an amazing time here. The condo was beautiful and nothing was too far away. Very short walk to the ocean. Can't wait to come back in September

Amazing condo!

This was a beautifully decorated and up to date condo. It’s much much spacious than the photos suggest and is well maintained. Outside of there being only one elevator, our experience was great.

Beautiful view and great location

I liked the security on the property. I would stay again. However, parking was not included in the price and it was difficult to find out. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The sofa was showing wear. Kitchen did not have hot pads or flat pans. Some bins for storage were missing in the fridge. Loved the place by the door to keep beach supplies. Beds were comfortable. Balcony view is beautiful

Huge space with great view…. Friendly staff

Loved this living space and it’s proximity to everything in the town! Only bad part was the check in process which is called “seamless and easy” but can be a pain in the butt. Once you are in… all is good and the people are fabulous! To recap… app is a zero… space is a hero…

The balcony view was very scenic and wonderful! We loved it! Unfortunately, there was a lot of road work noise as they were repairing the road near the condos at this time. There were a few things i need to let you know about... 1. Master shower head had very little water pressure. Not good at all. Also, needs a brighter light bulb in the bedroom. 2. The dryer was VERY noisy and didn't dry as well as it should have. The washer was very smelly. We still washed our clothes though. 3. Sliding glass outdoor handle was loose and would be nice if it was like the one on the inside. 4. Sofa bed couch not very comfy. Just needs to be replaced i think. 5. The electric fan in 2nd bedroom was broken. 6. Grill was grungy. We didn't use it. 7. In the kitchen...NO hot mitts. Grungy cookie sheets. Could have used more silverware. Otherwise, well equipped. All in all, it was very nice staying there. The condo could be updated a little bit maybe... but it was still a nice stay. Thank you!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Only complaint is the plumbing, it’s awful! Both toilets almost over-flowed, and neither the master shower nor spare bathroom shower drained properly, extreme backup. Make sure you bring extra toiletries as well as paper towels. Everything else was fine!

Beautiful Condo on the beach but they need to address a few issues

Positive Aspects: During our stay in Panama City, we had the opportunity to stay at a beautiful condo with a prime location and stunning ocean views. The interior of the condo was aesthetically pleasing, indicating recent refurbishment with tasteful and upscale furnishings. The overall cleanliness of the unit was satisfactory, adding to the initial appeal. Negative Aspects: Unfortunately, our experience at this condo was marred by several significant issues that hindered our enjoyment and comfort. One major inconvenience was the HVAC system, which was linked to the adjacent unit. If the neighbors had their door or windows open for more than 90 seconds, our air conditioner would automatically shut down. Discovering this took us nearly 30 minutes, and we had to approach the occupants next door to request that they close their patio door. Although they were kind enough to do so, the situation could have easily escalated had they not been cooperative. Furthermore, the second bathroom in the condo had a shower that took over an hour to fully drain. Also, the shower curtain was about 3 inches short or reaching the tub, so any water that touched the shower curtain ended up on the floor. Despite promptly reporting these issues to the rental company on our first night, and promising to have someone out the next day to fix the issue, they never showed up or called. Consequently, all five of us were left sharing a single functional shower for the duration of our stay.
