Lake of the Rockies is a covenant protected community on Monument Lake. Our home is steps from Monument Lake but also just a short walk to Limbaugh Park and all the shopping and restaurants in downtown Monument! 10 minutes from the new Ford Amphitheater.

You’ll have access to the entire home. Trash cans and kayaks stored in the garage but no guest parking is available in the garage. The driveway is spacious and has tons of parking available. 30 Day minimum.

Welcome to ON THE LAKE living, a spacious and nature loving home! With room for 8, two living rooms, a 300 Sq ft outdoor viewing deck and plenty of nature to go around, there’s an abundance of room to spread out and relax! Ah…smell that mountain fresh air! 30 day minimum stay.

On the main level you’ll love our master bedroom with a large window facing the lake. You’ll enjoy waking up to the mountain view every morning. Our large en suite bathroom makes getting ready easy and enjoyable. The second bedroom on the main level has 2 twin beds and there’s another full bathroom right outside it’s door. On the main level you’ll also have the chefs kitchen stocked with every cooking essential you’ll need & plenty of seating either in the nook or at the formal dining area. Relax and watch tv or turn your head and look outside and enjoy the gorgeous mountains and lake. The outdoor viewing deck right off the kitchen and living area will knock your socks off! You can’t get any closer to the water unless you’re in it. Use our private gate and you’re steps to the water. We’ve even provided kayaks for your enjoyment.

In the lower level you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom. Another large living area and another outdoor viewing deck!

If you’re visiting the United States Air Force Academy or Monument you really don’t want to book any other property! This one has it ALL. We’re 15 min from USAFA, 20 min to Colorado Springs and an hour to Denver.



Ample driveway parking

This gorgeous ON THE LAKE property is not a party house. We are very strict about the care of our home. There is to be no more than 8 guests. We love our neighbors and our neighborhood and want to keep this a beautiful retreat. We request that the booking guest be at least 25 years old. No wedding parties, parties of any kind, no pets or smoking (outside only) Fire pit in backyard is currently not in use. Due to HOA rules we have a 30 day minimum stay requirement.
