Experience your dream beach getaway at Sandpiper 107, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers wonderful partial ocean views. Only 20 yards from the sandy shore and the ocean, you can simply sit back and relax on your private balcony and enjoy the sea breeze, or explore the great South Beach location just steps from awesome shops and restaurants.

Step inside this cozy condo and be swept away by its charm. The living area offers great seating and boasts a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and balcony access. The dining table seats four, and there are four additional seats at the large breakfast bar. The small private balcony is perfect for a quiet evening enjoying a glass of wine, with a table and two chairs, and extra outdoor seating providing a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. The fully equipped kitchen features updated flooring and everything you need to prepare vacation meals with ease.

Bedroom 1 is a true oasis, furnished with a king-sized bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the little ones, featuring two twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

We had a good stay at this property. The location is great for beach access, pier access, shopping, and dining, The unit had plenty of towels and linens which was much appreciated. The only negative to our stay is all the light that comes in at night with no curtains (just blinds) which made it tough for some of us to sleep at night.

the pictures suggest a cleaner more updated unit than it actually was. floor, upholstered furniture and outdoor furniture needed a deep clean and refresh. Air conditioner technician was there when we arrived. It did not seem to cool during our stay. Ocean views limited.

As listed before somethings didn't work, like the lights under the cabinets (they just flickered.). The washer and disherwasher did work but only on heavy mode (not an issue at all.) Our only issue and this was a HUGE issue ....our rental didn't fit in the parking garage and we had to pay for parking for the week. This added an additional expense that we didn't account for. We also had to cart all of our stuff from the beach parking lot to our room. Luckily it is very close to the beach and we were able to walk but there was 6 of us and .... I was not made away of the clearance of the parking garage until 4 days before our trip....at that time there was already 6 of us going and we couldn't fit into anything smaller and the rental was already booked....but it was an unnecessary pain that we didn't need to deal with. The place was nice in terms of location. The furniture could be replaced but it did the job and the master bed wasn't as comfortable as people said but what won us over was the location. Nothing beats walking out the door to the beach.

Great location!

Great location, easy to communicate with rental agency, clean property and a generous amount of living space to hang out. Kitchen well equipped for impromptu breakfast for dinner when kids were too tired for a restaurant.

Tybee girls trip

This was an excellent location! Steps away from the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc! We went SUP, booked massages, and hung out at the beach! The only time we had to get in our car was to go into Savannah for a night!

Our daughter got married on the beach. We rented 3 condos at the Sandpiper. They were very nice & spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxed and comfortable stayed in Tybee

We enjoyed the convenience of being across the beach, two-cars parking, closed to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly is a plus. I would recommend staying at this property. One minor drawback, communications felt robotic and not personal.

Steps to the beach

The condo was perfectly located; steps to the beach, my favorite pizza place, favorite breakfast place and shopping. The condo was very livable for our family. I particularly liked the balcony.

Sandpiper

Great condo with a nice stocked kitchen beds were comfortable and it was clean. Outdoor furniture on balcony needs replacing was the only thing that I noticed. Great location you can park and never have to get back in your you can walk everywhere you need to go.

Fabulous,charming,adorable Beach Condo.

Condo was fabulous, spacious, charming,fantastic location. More than enough room for 3 young ladies & 1 gram. Kitchen had everything except Pancake turner,lol. Would stay again, a super short walk to beach, food & shopping. Only complaint floor was sandy & a little dirty when we arrived on Sunday evening. Also at least 4 burnt out light bulbs that housekeeping should have noticed, also 1 trash bag for 2 waste cans. We used grocery bags & took trash out every morning. Very quiet all night, lovely decorations & furnishing. P.S there is no local or national T.V. Coverage only streaming or apps, not good if you like to watch TV .

Property is called Hotel from Hell in neighborhood!

The washer and Dryer did not work, and when the property management said they would fix then the maintenance department just dumped water into the washer. The dryer didn't work either. We did not receive the extra towels and washcloths as requested.The floor, ceiling, and bathrooms were dirty.The air conditioner would not go below 78 degrees. The heat index was 110 degrees for several days.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Great Location, But Needs AttentionThe location of the condo was excellent and very convenient. However, we experienced several issues during our stay. We were informed the washing machine was broken on the day we checked in, and unfortunately, it was never repaired. The furniture and floors could use a deep clean—the condo felt surface-clean at best.The living room TV was quite small, and the balcony was not as pictured. The outdoor furniture is very worn and faded, with limited space for more than two people to enjoy it comfortably.The kitchen was well stocked, which I appreciated since I cook daily. However, be aware that if the fridge is left open even briefly, it takes hours to return to a normal temperature.This was our first time renting through a company instead of directly from an owner. Tybee Vacation Rentals was okay to work with; I had multiple conversations with them throughout our stay. That said, it seems like the property management doesn’t address overall maintenance and upkeep. I hope the condo owners take a more active role in maintaining their property.
