Eversong is one of the larger two-bedroom guest cottages in Seaside, Florida, ideally located on charming Tupelo Circleājust 361 feet from the beach access. This inviting and spacious home is perfect for young families, offering a king primary suite and an adjacent second bedroom, a bunk bedroom that sleeps four.
Upon arrival, you'll enter through a private gate off Tupelo Circle through the brick lined meandering path that leads to your private cottage retreat. This private and secluded guest cottage front faces Tupelo circle with the Tupelo Gazebo and out your back door is a sandy footpath to Rosewalk park. Step inside to a bright, airy ,marble foyer with both bedrooms located on the first floor down.
To the right, the king primary suite includes a dresser, cozy reading chair, built-in shelving, two small closets, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The newly renovated ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and sleek quartz single vanity (tub only).
Across the foyer, the second bedroom is ideal for children, offering two twin bunk beds that sleep four. This room also has its own private, renovated ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and single vanity (shower only).
Upstairs, natural light fills the open combined second-floor living space. The open floor plan includes a beachy, updated kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and fun retro touches like a colorful coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You'll also find a four-burner electric stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and all the cookware and serve ware needed for easy family meals at home.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a central designated dining area that comfortably seats six with a chandalier, high ceilings, and an adjacent half bath for added convenience. The adjacent spacious living room features a large central sofa, two grand club chairs and additional seating for two more that surrounds a large mounted flat screen TV with a bonus Sonos sound bar that is perfect for family movie nights in after a long sun drenched beach day. Off the front of the living room is an open air porch accessible via a main walk thru window. The open air porch overlooks secluded tree tops and features Adirondack seating for one and a bench swing, perfect for your morning coffee or evening night cap.
Additional conveniences include a full-size stacked washer and dryer. Out back, a sandy footpath leads directly to Rose walk Parkāa quiet, shaded haven where kids can run, explore, and play under a shaded canopy of tree tops.
