Guests can arrive and park in private parking in front of the cottage (private driveway for 2 cars), and head towards the entry doors. A spacious, furnished back porch awaits at the rear of the home, offering a dining table for four, lounge seating, and a swing, all overlooking a serene footpath, and serving as a fantastic outdoor sanctuary to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening. Enter the first story to land in the foyer area. The foyer area has custom, built-in storage to host plenty of your beach gear for your stay. There are two king bedrooms down, each with an ensuite private bathroom, and one offers a bonus bunk! This first king bedroom has ample storage, a closet, a large mounted flat-screen TV, porch access, and a newly renovated ensuite bath. The just renovated bathroom has a single vanity and a tub & shower combination. The second king down has its own mounted large flat-screen TV, dresser, porch access, and a bonus custom, built-in bunk room for two more. The updated bathroom has a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The bonus built-in bunk room accommodates two more, and it has its own private mounted flat-screen TV as well.

Head up the staircase and land in an open-air second level with a renovated kitchen to the left with bar top seating for two more, and a tasteful, communal living/dining area to the right, featuring a dining table for six and a coastal, spacious living area with comfortable seating for all, as well as a flatscreen TV. This level is a great area to enjoy good company, as guests are able to prepare a home-cooked dinner in the kitchen, pack lunch for a day on the stunning beach, or kick back and have a game night.
