Exceptionally decorated 1st floor condo ( two story building) located in Falling Waters, Davis Blvd. , Naples , Florida . Falling Waters is the home of the largest waterfall resort pool in Southwest Florida , and this condo will be perfect for your tropical get-away.

This spacious, two bedroom- two bath condo has been newly furnished and decorated with fresh light Floridian décor giving it an inviting, fresh and cozy appeal. The open living room and adjoining dining area with beautifully tiled floors provide a spacious atmosphere leading to a 26 x 12 screened, wicker-furnished lanai. In addition, the lanai has a full outdoor kitchen including a sink, refrigerator, and JEN-Air grill, overlooking the lake. The living room provides an LCD TV with a Blu-Ray player in a decorative entertainment center. The completely equipped kitchen has beautiful Corian countertops with an inviting eat-in dinette area furnished with a Floridian style rattan table and chairs. The coastal appointed Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with DVD, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom, and a slider door onto the same lanai. The Guest Bedroom has 2 light naturally finished twin beds, and a full-sized closet. Other amenities in this wonderful condo include ceiling fans throughout including the lanai.

Falling Waters is located less than 10 minutes from Naples ’ famous Gulf of Mexico beaches, the highly acclaimed Naples’ downtown restaurants, live theater, and shopping Mecca . This area also offers a wide variety of other cultural, tourist, and outdoor activities. This resort-like, Gated Community offers an exceptional, wandering, heated pool, club house, tennis courts, bocce ball court, and a putting green. Championship golf courses are abundant nearby. Falling Waters is located 30 minutes from Ft. Myers airport and 5 minutes from Naples airport. What more could you ask for to enjoy a quiet, luxurious escape for your tropical vacation? Nice house, bad landlord

The house is as in the photographs, beautiful despite not being spotlessly clean when we arrived (one piece of furniture was full of dust). The location is very convenient, the village is beautiful and well maintained. We had been to Falling water before, so we were aware of all these comforts. We had problems with the hosts after our departure. They blamed us for damage to the house, which we did not do, however. Next time we will photograph everything that is dirty/damaged at the beginning to have proof that we did not do it. I don't think we will return, it is never pleasant to be treated this way.

Amazing

It is close to everything, and the property is more than what you see in the photos, amazing communication with Patricia (the owner), the pool is incredible, we enjoy every moment, the kitchen has everything and more, my next time in Naples I will rent here again with out a doubt, the rating from 1 to 10 is 10

Great Condo, Great Pool

Falling waters is so beautiful with it's amazing pool and grounds. This condo is well located and cared for. We loved it. Working the lock box to get the entrance key is a little tricky, otherwise no issues. Owner very responsive. Look forward to staying here again.

Wir haben die Zeit in Naples wieder sehr genossen. Das Condo war sehr gut möbliert und ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermietung war vollkommen problemlos. Wir können das Condo und den Vermieter nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful condo with comfy beds

We stay in the condo for one month and for us it felt like beiing home. The condo is well maintained, clean and stockedwith eveything we needed. We had an issue with the airco but Patti took care of it immediately and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

Exceptional Pool, Nice Condo and Friendly Atmosphere

This is my 4th vacation in Falling Waters and I love every minute of it! The pool is exceptional and no doubt the best in the area. Joining in with other residents for the water aerobics, you will quickly see how friendly and helpful the staff and other residents are. The condo itself is very clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. Loved the generously sized lanai and the ability to BBQ was a plus! Patti, the owner, was always responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation at your condo in Falling Waters!

terrific stay, i could not have been happier if I had a butler!

this place was comfortable, relaxing and much better than other places I have stayed in FW. All of FW is beautiful, but this place made me not want ot leave. Thanks I will be coming back next year. We stayed a week this time, next time it has to be two!

We purchased this condo in 2010 because we have spent many vacations in Naples and have never stayed in a nicer place than Falling Waters. We have been to Falling Waters many times and decided to buy a place in Magnolia Falls, the newest built section of Falling Waters. Our condo is the nicest one we saw in Falling Waters. You will not be disappointed staying here. We can't wait to get away from Chicago and feel pampered in Naples in this wonderful condo.

Our condo was built recently and we love coming from Chicago to enjoy sunny Naples. We especially enjoy coming in the summer. It is a well kept secret that summer in Florida is actually better than winter. Summer is perfect for the ocean temp and all the snowbirds are north so it is not crowded. We looked at dozens of properties before we picked this one. You will see if you rent that this is the cream of the crop. New furniture, new appliances, new everything and clean! Not only that, but only a minority portion of the units in FW have breakfast areas in the kitchen. This condo has top of the line everything.

The condominium complex is beautiful, clean, peaceful, gated and offers tennis, walkways and of course the biggest resort pool in the area for residents. We love being 10 minutes away from downtown Naples restaurants, cultural and entertainment activities, and shopping.
