Luxury Cabin nr Sunday River: Mtn Views, Hot Tub, Ski Hike ATV

Spacious family friendly cedar log cabin, located in a private and peaceful mountainside setting near Sunday River. Plenty of room to relax and enjoys the delights of the Sunday River and Bethel area. Very close to Sunday River and Gorham. Also near North Conway, Mount Washington, and Franconia Notch.
Indoors:
Top Floor: Spacious master bedroom suite with king size bed, smart TV, walk in closet, deluxe en suite full bathroom with twin vanities. The landing area has a designated remote work space and sofa.
First Floor: Comfortable couches and cozy blankets to relax by the fire, plenty of seating for mealtimes, modern, well equipped kitchen with new appliances. These include Ninja coffee system, Keurig, griddle, crockpot, blender, new LG oven and refrigerator with ice maker.
Two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, closets, smartTVs, and a full bathroom. Outside is a wraparound deck with Adirondack chairs to relax in and take in the breathtaking mountain views. There’s also a picnic table to eat meals outside, and corn hole set for outdoor entertainment.
Ground Floor: Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a closet, full bathroom, laundry closet with washer & dryer, huge entertainment room with bar seating and couches. Games include shuffleboard, board games, large TV and a corn hole set to use outdoors.
Outdoors:
6 person hot tub and large patio area with ample seating, and a fire table to sit around on cooler evenings. Nearby is the Solo smokeless fire pit and Adirondack chairs where you can relax and cook s’mores. This beautiful home is located in a secluded, peaceful wooded setting with picturesque Mountain View’s, especially at sunrise and sunset. This home has a heated garage and is equipped with a back up generator should the area lose power in a storm.

Beautiful, spacious house with everything we could have possibly needed for a great ski weekend! The hot tub was wonderful. We cooked a great meal in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed some football by the fireplace! This house worked perfectly for two families to share.

Beautiful property! Very well appointed. All the kitchen items you could need. Great appliances. Comfortable beds/bedrooms. We had some weather and the plow service was prompt! Close to Bethel shopping and Sunday River. Our hosts responded very quickly with any questions. Very highly recommend!!!

The place was exactly as listed. Clean very spacious and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very nice quiet and secluded neighborhood.the hosts make check in very easy and they are very easy to work with. We will definitely be staying there again

The house was amazing! Beautiful inside and out. The location was a bit remote from Sunday River but really not a big deal. It slept nine adults and a two year old very comfortably. The master suite on the top floor was gorgeous and the master bath was incredible. Fun game room on the bottom floor and the hot tub was well used after days of skiing. The main floor was very comfortable for lounging and cooking. Very functional kitchen which definitely saved some money versus eating out in Bethel. Nikki and John were great hosts, everything was well laid out and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property for a good size group whether skiing or not! Thanks again Nikki and John!!

We really enjoyed our stay, connecting with family around the fire, in the hot tub and playing games. The house was great. Plenty of amenities. We enjoyed hiking locally and at Mt. Washington. Also had a nice dinner and enjoyed live music at Sud’s pub.

The house was perfect for our reunion of 6 college friends after 35 years. We enjoyed hiking in the area, dining in restaurants in town, but also we cooked at the house and used the BBQ and the fire pit and fire table. It was all very nice. Comfortable. Easy. Thank you! We might come back!

Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lots of privacy. No noise. Enjoyed the hot tub. We had a long stay and were able to get and keep clothes clean. Hosts were extremely accommodating. Lots of fun summer activities available in the area.

Amazing family vacation

The house is well appointed and made some great meals in the kitchen. The shuffle board table and hot tub were a blast! The basement setting was perfect for my grown kids. Look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful views

House is a very pretty log cabin. There was plenty of space in both entertaining areas. Great fireplace upstairs and gameroom downstairs. Great daytime views of the mountain range from a really nice deck. Master bedroom is huge!!!!! Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Sunday River Ski Weekend

Beautiful luxury cabin in a secluded mountain setting. The house very nicely accommodated our family of 8 adults and 3 grandchildren, no one felt cramped for space. Game room on 1st level was a favorite location to relax after skiing. Owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Ski stay

The home was amazing. It was very comfortable, well furnished and had all the necessary amenities. We had a little difficulty working the TVs and could not find any instructions as to how to use the TVs but, other than that minor issue, we would highly recommend this property for a ski trip.
