This family friendly home has a 4 bedrooms (King, 2 x Queen and Bunk beds with 3 twin matress ), living room area with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, coffee station, reading area, office table and the dining area that seats 6, plenty of board games, and a well equipped open kitchen.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom (tub with a shower). The house has another bathroom that is shared with 3 other bedrooms (tub with a shower). There is a laundry room behind the kitchen with a washer and dryer,
Single level home, no stairs or steps.
The backyard is fully fenced, and there is patio space, an outdoor dining area that seats 6 people.
Guest access
It is a quiet residential neighborhood in Palm Coast, and our home is conveniently located to US-1 and I-95. Supermarkets, banks, coffee shops, Restaurants, Ice cream places , and pharmacies are within minutes away.
10 min away from Beach !!
Driveway has space for multiple vehicles (no street parking and no parking on the grass please).
Enjoy cooking and dining inside with full equip kitchen and dining outside in modern furniture , watching some movies, reading books, and playing board games.
Host provide beach toys , towels , coolers , beach bags and wagon for your trip to the all beautiful Beaches around.
