A Beautiful, 3BR condo with an eclectic mix of tropical & modern furniture & colorful Central American art. 2 full bedrooms & baths plus a den with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C throughout, ceiling fans, private patio, and more.


With a small Mediterranean Village flavor, this lovely 5 home complex is nestled within a quiet residential in a gated development. It is perfectly located just a short 100 yards from the beach and four blocks from the center of town, a shared pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. There is an outdoor barbecue around the pool area. This is a great location for a family – quiet, private, close to town, and close to the beach.

Pool and gardens beautiful.

Absolutely perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental at Casablanca for was perfect. It was easy to find and easy to get in as there was a caretaker there all the time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our 11 day stay. I loved that there were even towels and sunscreen and bug spray! The grounds around the house were phenomenal every time we came back into our villa it felt like we were on another vacation. We saw iguanas on the property, monkeys in the trees on occasion and tons of beautiful birds. I am really glad we rented a car. We were able to see lots of different beaches in other towns. We decided to eat out at a different restaurant every single night and there were so many that we didn’t get too. The town and shopping our wonderful. The people were exceptionally kind. Pura Vida!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Blanca #4 RPM staff were very helpfulThis unit should be rented as a two bedroom as the area upstairs isn't high enough to stand up and creaks tremendously disturbing the occupants below. the main living area isnt large enough for more than 4 people and the unit is at the front and you hear all the road traffic. it is very close to the beach and the other homes are far superior in this complex. the beds downstairs are comfortable and the unit is clean.

Good Times at Casa Blanca

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was really nice and clean! There were an ample amount of towels and even a washer/dryer. We cooked at home one night and there was plenty of pots and pans, cutting boards, strainers, blender, etc. Really close to the beach, less than a 5 min walk and also really close to town. Lola and Carolyn were very helpful and sent me very detailed directions. I would totally stay here again on my next visit to Tamarindo!! Costa Rica is am amazing country and I can't wait to go back.

Great Get Away Home in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th trip to Tamarindo, 1st to the CasaBlanca#4. It was as wonderful as the photo's. It is quiet, and very close to town. It is so close to the beach, just across the street. We don't rent a car, so would take taxis home from store, very cheap & store will call to have 1 come for you. We had family with us, & all loved the condo & location. There were Howler Monkey's just an arms length away. Absolutely Wonderful.
