It was okay. All doors, don't work, except for the front door. So you cannot lock them.So there can't be any privacy, in each individual room nor the restrooms. They claimed on the last day that there was complaints about there being too much noise after hours since day one.But only called us on the last day, and on the first day that we arrived, there was only 2 adults and 3 kids there. So there is no way that there was so much noise since day one.

Overall this house was great. It was very clean and the host was very responsive. A few things that was tricky for us as a guest of 8:1. Tons of kitchen utensils except the forks and spoons. Had to be creative and ran the dish washer almost the entire stay. 2. The air hockey looked like a blast but couldn’t get it to work. 3. The hot tub was unusable the first night. Luckily the pool/hottub cleaners came while we were eating on the patio to clean it up for us the next day. I would stay here again, however, will be more prepared next time! :)

Big house for a big family

Perfect house for a large family. We enjoyed the house for Thanksgiving family dinner. Easily accommodated our group ranging from a 5 week old infant…5-7 yr old kids…two teenagers and 3 couples. Everyone had space to gather together or step away for some alone time.

GREAT stay!!

Everything was GREAT! Exactly how it was advertised. My group had a lot of fun staying here. I would definitely consider booking again in the future. My only complaint was that the hot tub took 24+ hours to reach its set temperature, and even then did not feel like it was to temp.

This property has a great location in an established neighborhood. The layout worked well for our large group, and the property generally matched the photos in terms of size and amenities. This is an older home that appears to be in need of maintenance and updating. We encountered a number of issues that individually might seem minor but collectively left us disappointed with the overall value.Examples included:* a dining table that wobbled enough to feel unstable* a broken dining chair* a stair nose that completely detached, creating a potential tripping hazard* multiple broken pieces of pool furniture, including the hammock featured in the listing photos* dirty windows* numerous broken window shades* a missing shade over the kitchen sink window that left the area exposed at night* a section of gutter above the garage that appeared to be pulling away from the house* an air hockey table that did not blow air* an arcade game joystick that did not function well enough to make the games enjoyable* a broken pool table rack (triangle)* only two usable pool cues* beds that were more comparable to basic camp-style accommodations than what we expected at this price pointOverall, we enjoyed spending time together as a family, but the condition of the property did not align with the expectations created by the listing description, photos, reviews, and premium price point. Based on our experience, we would not rent this property again at its current rate.

Thank you for acknowledging the home’s location, spacious layout, and that the property generally matched the listing photos and amenities. We strongly disagree with the suggestion that the home is misrepresented or broadly poorly maintained. The property is accurately advertised, and the concerns listed were individual maintenance items, not an accurate reflection of the overall condition of the home. Those items have been reviewed and addressed with the appropriate teams. We take legitimate maintenance concerns seriously, particularly anything involving safety or advertised amenities. While you are entitled to your opinion regarding value, we stand firmly behind the accuracy of the listing, the amenities provided, and the condition in which the property is presented to guests.

Large clean luxury home in the country; close to the city

I stayed in this house for a week with some business colleagues that traveled from Asia. The house was perfect for our business retreat. It is spacious with several common areas and a large patio and yard. There are many extra touches around the home that made the stay nice. We cooked in the kitchen and grilled out by the pool. The cleaning fee seems high but in fairness the place was very clean. It's 5 mins to Starbucks and convenience stores, 10-15 mins to McKinney and Allen. We enjoyed the solitude of the location and the convenience of being close to everything.

Quick weekend birthday

Pictures are dated or filtered but still nice not. Issues with upstairs air on one side communicated with staff EVERYDAY still had an issue. Never was told how to use the cinema room (issue with no volume) hot tub has an odor and could use a cleaning. Issue that of broken drawers and bunk beds were there when we arrived and then questioned us about it after. I even paid for the insurance so I don’t know why text were even sent. Lots of questions of what we were doing and during what times and if we were going to have other guests. Honestly was nice to have us as a group but doubt I would do it again.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Our maintenance team has fixed the A/C settings, and our cleaning team has performed a deep cleaning of the hot tub. We ask questions prior to booking to ensure our property aligns with guests' needs and expectations. We regret if this process felt burdensome. We apologize if we were not able to address the audio issue in the cinema. This has been resolved after your checkout. We sincerely appreciate your comments and will surely use these to improve our services for a better guest experience.

We had an amazing stay, with that being said let me state that the home is way older than the listing photos insinuate. The remodel is amazing though. I still gave it 4 stars because our stay itself was a blast and the home served its purpose. Upon arrival the home had a very very strong odor of dogs. I wasn't even in the house yet and I smelled it as soon as I opened the door. Was a bummer, I have two very large dogs that live inside and my home has never smelled like that. Management notified us on our way in that the projector wasn't working. That was a bummer as we had a movie night planned. Then notified me that the couches needed a deep clean during our stay. I did approve that, however I didn't realize the couches would be soaked an entire afternoon & night and would not be able to be used. The pool needs a good scrubbing, but the kids enjoyed it when it wasn't raining. The TV remotes operate all the TVs, so while you may be cutting the living room TV off, it will turn on the TV upstairs. I had to stand in the doorway of the master and living room because if I operated one, it changed the other. I was tired of getting out of bed at night when I turned my TV off in the bedroom, it would turn the living room TV on. So don't be alarmed if TVs just start turning off/on while your watching them. :-) Oh, last but not least.. I received a reminder about 10 times about quiet hours. So before you book here they have a ZERO tolerance for any outside noise after 9pm.
