Home essentials include free high-speed internet and WiFi, as well as a private washer/dryer.

There is also plenty to do at home, both indoors (such as board games, puzzles, and books) and outside with games, and tons of options for outdoor fun at your disposal. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). This was a cozy home within walking distance to town. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen new. It is a very nice and affordable place to stay with family. Thank you!

Great home in Dennis!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dream Dennis Getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable and location was great. We walked about a mile into the town and grabbed a coffee and would have gone back later at night to the ice cream store but we ran out of time. Not a far drive from the beach. The house had all we needed and was very comfortable. We plan on booking another stay in the future.

Good Location

The location was great. You can get to most of the Cape in about 30 minutes. Good local restaurants, bakerys, coffee shops etc. A lot to do in the area. The communication from the rental company was good. The house itself was somewhere between okay and good. The second floor was clean and the AC worked. The first floor bedroom had what looked like silverfish water bugs on the walls as well as a spider web in the corner. The doorknob for the first floor bathroom was loose. I had to tighten the screws so I didn't fall out.

Beautiful spacious house

Beautiful, comfortable little house with a lovely kitchen. We had bad weather in march so didnā€™t get to use the spacious backyard. Heads up that this is not a VRBO directly but through another company so you need to watch out for separate emails end confirmations! there was an identify verification step we missed and it almost cancelled our stay, but Vacasa was helpful and responsive to fix it

Home base for Cape Cod

We loved the homeā€™s proximity to all there is to see and do on Cape Cod. Lots of shops, restaurants, and the Cape Playhouse were within walking distance or a very short drive away. The homeā€™s amenities were adequate. The appliances are newer and the home was clean. Our stay was in the middle of the summer, so the house got a bit warm in the afternoon.

Such a disappointment

This home was originally advertised as ā€œan air conditioned homeā€ with a ā€œfully equipped kitchenā€ which were two deal breakerā€™s for our vacation. Neither were true. The central air wasnā€™t working. There was a small window air conditioner in the two bedrooms. Resulting in a very miserable stay with 85 degree days and very high humidity. The kitchen was filthy with sticky surfaces, grimy floors and an extremely foul order that permeated the house. There was one pot (dirty) and one pan and very few of the utensils you would associate with a fully equipped kitchen. 2 coffee cups, no wine glasses, no sharp knives. 70% of the windows had no screens. The dishwasher didnā€™t work. We called Vacasa and they sent their handyman who tried to clean surfaces using one of the propertyā€™s white bath towels! He dropped off screens that didnā€™t fit the windows. Vacasa did drop off knives on the 3rd day and fixed the windows on our last full day but the rest of the issues were unresolved.

Very good location spoilt by poor management

Very happy with the central location, quiet but just off the highway and handy to travel around the surrounding area. Garden could do with some attention. House well maintained and clean as advertised. Check in though was chaotic. Incorrect entry code and key not where advised. Didn't matter as house was totally unlocked anyway!
