The Space:

Welcome to LUX Palmas, your ultimate luxury oasis in gorgeous Palm Springs. This spectacular, resort-style home is a chic and relaxing desert getaway, designed for the perfect vacation experience. Expansive glass sliders create a seamless transition between the stylish, open-plan living area and your private backyard paradise.



**Indoor Space:**

* **Living Room:** Plenty of comfortable seating, a 55" streaming-ready Smart TV, and a sofa bed for additional guests.

* **Kitchen:** A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all-new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, and blender.

* **Dining:** A dining table for six, with extra seating for two at the kitchen counter.



**Bedrooms (Sleeps 8):**

* **Master Bedroom:** A serene retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, room-darkening curtains, and direct access to the pool.

* **Bedroom 2:** Features a space-saving Queen-sized Murphy bed and room-darkening curtains.

* **Bedroom 3:** Contains a cozy Full-sized bed and room-darkening curtains.

* **Living Room:** Includes a comfortable sofa bed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, private backyard, and garage during their stay. There are no shared spaces.



* **Parking:** Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The garage can accommodate one large truck/van or two medium-sized cars.

* **City of Palm Springs ID #:** 052578

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to arrange this service.

* **For Kids:** We can provide 2 highchairs and 2 Pack ‘n Plays upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you need them.

* **Cancellation Policy:** Please refer to the platform's cancellation policy for details on refunds. Please note that a 5% service charge will be applied by the host to all approved refunds to cover processing fees.
