The proximity and the view from the top floor of Villas III 1000 building makes this the best location in Ocean Village. This stylish one bedroom apartment was completely remodeled. Kitchen features, beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel Bosch appliances. The cabinets are fully stocked with everything a chef could need. The bedroom has all brand new furniture and a spacious King size bed. The living room has a comfortable pull out leather queen size sofa that can comfortably sleep two more, with a matching double recliner. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. The bedroom has pocket doors, allowing for privacy at night with the ability to have an open floor-plan by day. There are numerous closets to store all your belongings.


The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and outside the bathroom there is a second separate vanity with a sink. All walls are painted in soothing light-colored earth tones. Beautiful seaside prints hang on the walls. There are ceramic tiles throughout so you don't have to worry about sandy feet. A spacious screened balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise over the ocean or watch your favorite golfer at the first hole, located right behind the building. A brand-new, generously sized, front loading washer and dryer right inside the apartment is a great convenience.


The apartment is on the third floor which maximizes the beautiful view while still being wheelchair accessible due to the elevator right down the hall.

Amenities: The apartment is completely furnished with plenty of linens and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, small food processor, and a blender for a refreshing frozen margarita.


The central A/C gives you the option of cooler air or you can open the windows and with the front screen door you'll have a great cross-breeze to enjoy the ocean air and the sound of the waves crashing. The brand-new washer & dryer, iron and ironing board means you can always look fresh and pressed. Brand-new tropical looking ceiling fans in living room and bedroom provide a great breeze. Two Color TV's and a DVD/VCR provide additional entertainment. A full-sized stereo is also available. The screened Balcony has a table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. Beach chairs, towels and blanket means you're all set to enjoy a day on the beach, located just across the golf course. The built in desk, can be used for your laptop or the wireless internet service can allow you to search the web and watch the golfers from the balcony.


The resort features 5 swimming pools (heated in winter), 10 tennis courts, and a 9-hole, par-27 executive golf course (longest hole 175 yards - shortest hole 70 yards) which is free in the Off-Season and has a $8 green fee from about Dec 20 thru a week after Easter. The resort also has its own 4-Star restaurant which is located next to the largest of the 5 swimming pools. Also featured next to the pool is a pool-side Tiki Bar which is open for food and drinks about 4 or 5 days a week depending on the weather, a 'kiddie pool' for small children, a hot-tub, a Bocce court, and an exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.

Activities: Golf: If Ocean Village's 9-hole golf course is not enough for you there are 17 championship golf facilities consisting of 21 separate courses (mostly Fazio and Nicklaus designed) all within a 40 minute drive.
