Welcome to our trendy and modern condo, located just minutes from downtown Traverse City and Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. Conveniently located along the Traverse City TART trail, where you are a short bike ride (2 bikes are included) or walk to many breweries, restaurants, and all that downtown Traverse City has to offer.



The Space:

Our unit 418 is one of the featured units in Trailside 45, it is located on the 4th which is also the top floor (so no noise above you), as a corner unit it provides additional square footage with an ideal layout. It is located on the preferred south side of the building, which provides plenty of sunshine for the spacious balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

It is also conveniently located on the same floor as the buildings featured community room which provides guest with a great space for entertaining or gathering prior to your evening out!



We want our guest to truly enjoy their stay while visiting Traverse City. Therefore we provide everything you need for a worry free and memorable stay. Our two bedroom two bathroom unit sleeps up to six guest with all new comfortable modern furnishings. At just under 1000 sq feet this unit has a full kitchen and dining area stocked with all of your cooking essentials (utensils, dishes, basic cookware, paper towel, dishwasher pods, soap, and a Keurig coffee pot with single cup/pod option). We will provide a couple of k-cups and bags to get your stay started on the right foot. The cozy living space includes a full sized sofa with lounger and comfortable pop up sleeper, relax while watching the large screen smart tv with cable in front of the cozy electric fire place. Need to work while on vacation? There is a dedicated work station provided for your convenience.



The master bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattresses, smart night stands, a flat screen TV, large walk in closet with all of the essentials including bedding and towels, and a full en-suite private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with memory foam mattress, smart night stands, large walk in closet, and a en-suite bathroom. Our unit also Includes a full size washer and dryer. We provide a number of additional amenities such as board games and yoga equipment.



Other Things to Note:

**Since this condo is right off of the beautiful TART Trail we included two bikes that are available for guest use. Right off the elevator is a bike locker with two geared bicycles. There is a grey fob on a white lanyard hanging in the closet by the front door in the unit. You will need to use that in order to open the bike room. There are two green bikes hanging in spot 48 and 49. Brand is Scorpio Pacific. The female bike has a basket on the front and the male bike has a package storage rack on the back. The male bike has a hand tire pump that is attached to the frame along with a bike combo lock for securing the bikes while out on the town. (Pictures of the bikes are in the listing photos) Additional bicycle repair tools are located on the first floor of Trailside45. One bicycle helmet has been left in the unit’s closet for your convenience. PLEASE BE AWARE IF THE KEY FOB IS LOSET OR MISSING AFTER YOUR STAY IT IS A $150 CHARGE TO THE GUEST**
