This region is particularly known for world-renowned Reislings, so be sure to pick up a bottle! Be sure to pop in at Liquid State Brewing Company just north of the property for craft beer and live music,

This townhome is neatly tucked against Cayuga Lake and adjacent to Route 89, so you will have easy access to the universities, restaurants, locally-owned shops, farmers markets and state parks in the neighboring towns of Ithaca (34 minutes), Trumansburg (18 minutes) and Seneca Falls (21 minutes). For guests feeling more adventurous, try a polar plunge! The trail has a healthy incline when you return from the water, so be sure to wear comfortable footwear. The lake frontage and 11-acre property are shared only among 4 townhomes, so feel free to spread out! If you are looking for a busier beach atmosphere, there are public marinas, beaches, and lakefront restaurants just a few miles away. Please note, there is a steep winding trail to the lakefront with no amenities. 🌊🚶‍♂️👟

The townhome is situated on 11 wooded acres and boasts 800 feet of Cayuga Lake shoreline shared only among 4 townhomes. Explore the area, take the walking trail to the lake, or enjoy the open field for outdoor games in the spring and summer. When you’re ready for evening s’mores or a glass of wine, relax on the private patio with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. Open the glass doors from the dining room and step out onto the cozy balcony, which offers comfortable seating and lake views. Please be aware the trail to the lakefront is steep and winding, with no amenities. 🌳🔥🍷

There is parking on the premises for up to three vehicles. While a few wineries can be reached on foot (with good walking shoes and a great attitude), most activities will require transportation. The nearest taxi service is based in Ithaca, NY, but private wine tour companies are available to transport your group to as many sites as you can fit in a day!
