The lake frontage and 11-acre property are shared only among 4 townhomes, so feel free to spread out! For a busier beach atmosphere, there are public marinas, beaches, and lakefront restaurants just a few miles away. Please note that the trail to the lakefront is steep and winding, with no amenities. 🌊🚶‍♂️🌲

The townhome is situated on 11 wooded acres and boasts 800 feet of Cayuga Lake shoreline, shared only among 4 townhomes. Open the glass doors from the dining room area and step out onto the cozy balcony, which offers comfortable seating and lake views. There is parking on the premises for up to three vehicles. While a few wineries can be reached on foot (with good walking shoes and a great attitude), most activities will require transportation. The nearest taxi service is based in Ithaca, NY, but private wine tour companies are available to transport your group to as many sites as you can fit in a day!
