This comfortable condo has everything you need for a memorable vacation in Sunriver, including access to the shared pools and hot tub at SHARC, a central location near the Village, and five bikes to get around! This condo is located within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the Village. Bike paths make it easy to reach the stables, marina, Nature Center and Observatory, and Sunriver's beautiful parks. Skiing on Mt. Bachelor is a 17-mile drive in winter.

Inside, you'll appreciate leather furniture, a TV, a gas fireplace, and an open layout perfect for hanging out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice property, and clean. Nearby where we wanted to be. Would stay here again. Only issue which was really not an issue, wish they were better instructions for the TV.

Overall decent place

Location of condo was great. Upon arrival the fridge was visibly dirty. I reached out to Vacasa and they dropped off cleaning wipes. We couldn’t figure out how to work the washer and again Vacasa was helpful. The condo is very outdated. The upstairs neighbors were very loud. The SHARC was the highlight of the trip. There were enough bikes for our family, that was great. We bbq’d and enjoyed relaxing in the living room.

Great Location but I won't stay here again

The location is awesome but the unit is really outdated and run down. It was clean which was nice. The mattresses are old and not comfortable and we were woken up each day to upstairs neighbors. They werent being loud there is just no insulation between units. Also there is only one wall unit AC in main livingroom area so the bedrooms were very hot. Also no regular oven in kitchen. The unit was listed that it had a hot tub. However it was located at the SHARC swim center which is very misleading. This rental is priced very high for what it is. hot.

Location, location, location

Pros: This property is steps away from the village at Sun River, so really nice to be able to walk to dinner and shops. The SHARC passes and being able to bring our dogs were also awesome. Cons: The noise from the unit upstairs is no joke. I had seen it mentioned in other reviews and it was no lie. SO LOUD. Also, the hair dryer was broken. There is NO OVEN, just a convection/microwave unit. The bikes we were told we could use were locked and there was no key in the spot indicated... probably ok since one of them had no front wheel anyway. There was a menagerie of bikes on the deck out front in varying ranges of function. We managed to get out on a few rides with a few of them. We were bummed as the property advertised 5 bikes, so expected to take a ride with all four of us. We had a good trip but had to lower our expectations.

Well-appointed and homey-feeling. Only thing to consider is that there's another condo overhead. Our neighbors were quiet, but we could still hear them walking around which can be a problem if you have pets.

Great location!

We had the best spot, across the street from the village of restaurants, stores, coffee, grocery. Paved Bike paths go for miles just outside the door. Afternoon sun on the back patio. 3 bedrooms gave everyone space to enjoy.

Best location, walking across the street to all the restaurants, shops and grocery. Bike paths steps away, afternoon sun on the back patio. Said it was pet friendly, then said no pets allowed through the rental company. We had a dog above us in the condo. So we had to leave our dog home. Would have been nice to have accurate info.

Family getaway

Place was spotless however only 2 of the stove burners worked, the microwave was so complicated couldn’t use, no keys left for the bicycles, never mentioned only coffee pods instead of coffee pot and the worse part was the upstairs renters were so loud that no one got any real sleep

Great experience

The Sunriver property is beautiful and this home is in a great location, right next to the county store, restaurants, and coffee shops. Easy walk to the resort and pool. Furnishings are dated, but property was well kept and the management team was awesome to work with

Spacious

Pros - spacious with 3B/2B for 4 of us to spread around - location. Cross the small streets and everything from grocery to bike rental to visitor center, gift shop, ice cream shops etc are right there - well stocked. We should looked into all the closets before buying an expensive sled in Bend. Helmets were also there. Plenty of kitchen items too. - Generally clean Cons - 2 plates stuck together and a crumb was found in one bowl. So we ended up loaded the dishwasher or wash everything before we use. - Thick dust collected on lamps near the bed. Looked like someone already tried to clean them with damp clothes or similar but little beads of dust were still there. - 2 out of 5 bikes had tire problem. One (the purple) was obvious, we couldn’t pump it so we left that one home. Another kid one wasn’t that obvious so we took it out and it gotten flatter on the way. So that was a bigger problem that made my kid rather unhappy to bike :/ - Bike pump was definitely needed and spare some time to pump up. Luckily we brought one. If I could change one thing, it would be to go ahead and rent the bikes. Save time and sweat on calming my kid (and myself) down from pumping and the flat tires later on.

Comfortable, great location

Nice location, decently kept, loud building

We enjoyed the location and amenities (bikes/kitchen) in the condo. As noted by other guests, the upstairs unit is extremely loud and the walls are thin leading to early wake ups. We could hear everything above us. The carpets were stained and the bathrooms could be updated. But overall a great location and Sunriver was a fun spot to visit.

Great location

We loved staying at this condo. Everything was really nice and the location couldn't be more perfect. There were tons of bikes to choose from and a backyard for the kids to play. The people above were a little noisy but that's to be expected with a condo. We will definitely book again.

Update sharc issues

Very disappointed finding out that the so called included sharc passes came with this property to find out Day of arrival that the sharc pool wasn't available until the Saturday we were leaving and it was online reservations that was a totally mess, talk about two of my grandson's disappointed, sunriver has gone done in the tubes.

Great Family Home

This home was great for our family. Cozy and warm in a good location. As others have noted, noise from upstairs is a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Bikes and BBQ were nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. For a family home, I would prefer some twin beds, but everything was comfortable.

Our three night experience at Abbot Condos

Arrived at the property only to find it filthy dirty. Carpet had food debris in living room and dinning room. Sliding door window dirty hand smears. Shower doors dirty. Coffee table dirty. We had no other options for accommodations that late in the day. So we spent an hour cleaning just so we could bring in our things and start our stay. Considering it states they take great care in cleaning and sanitizing due to covid this place was a dirty disaster. Which is too bad cause its a great location.

Great location, homey place , will rent again.

Everything went well, the only problem was that we were missing the #7 sharp pass on arrival. I notified the office immediately but one was never brought to us to replace it.
