Just a short walk to Starbucks and the Sunriver Village, 10 Elk Lane is the perfect base camp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This cozy 1,004 sq. ft. home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 6 guests. Inside this single-level, air-conditioned home you will find a spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas.

The comfortable living room has a wood-burning fireplace and TV for those days you just want to chill inside. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with seating for 6 and a fully stocked kitchen when you feel like a home-cooked meal.

The King Ensuite bedroom has a private bathroom and opens up to the private steamy hot tub. The second bedroom hosts a twin-size bunk bed and a full-size futon. The full guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The large, enclosed deck is perfectly suited for an old-fashioned BBQ, deer watching, a soak in the hot tub, or a lazy day of sunbathing.

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 3 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

50 amp outlet available to charge your Electric Vehicle. Just remember to bring your charger!

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Last minute vacation

We wanted to wait to see what weather was going to be like before booking a place . We lucked out and found this place with a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and place worked well for our family.

Vacation

The house was perfect for us, It was well stocked, maintained and clean. We would definitely stay there again. We enjoyed the hot tub right off the master bedroom and the large deck. Located just a short walk to the village was really nice.

Loved the location and house at Sunriver.

We got in earlier than 5pm and I was so happy!! There were lots of deer to watch & photograph (my hubby is a hunter)!! I beat him at foosball. The tech person came soon after I called to fix the living room TV. I'm not sure what was wrong as he came while we went to breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had a nice hike. Sunriver is usually sunny, but not this year. We couldn't go swimming as it was too cold and rainy. There was no music and there usually is in August; I'm not sure what happened here, but I missed it. Thank you, Carla

Great Location

House is within walking distance of the village. Easy in and out back to the highway. Enjoyed evenings on the back porch watching the deer wander through!

Very comfortable small home

The house is clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It had most everything we needed. The foosball table was really fun. Private hot tub was enjoyable. Couple things: Top bunk is very low but worked for our younger child. The bikes did not work for us so we had to rent. There were 2-3 small adult bikes (on one the chain wouldn’t catch so didn’t work at all) and 2 kids bikes. Also, wish the house came with SHARC passes since that is so much nicer. But I know Bennington reimburses for partial SHARC costs. All in all, would recommend and would stay here again.

Great little place

My boyfriend and I spent valentines weekend here so we could take our snowmobiles out. It was a great little place for just the two of us. The foosball table in the living room was super fun. We arrived at night and the porch light wasn’t on so it was difficult finding the right building but once we figured it out it was nice and easy getting it with the key pad. The master has a nice big king size bed. The second bedroom has a futon that didn’t look all that comfy but then again I don’t think any futon is really super comfy. The room also has a bunk bed which would be good for kids but the top bunk literally has a huge beam that runs right across the top of the bed where your head would go. Not very safe for kiddos. Also, this isn’t a negative just an fyi. The toilets sit very low. If you have bad knees or problems getting out of certain sitting positions these would be a problem. My parents are older and all I could think about was if my Mom was with us I would have never heard the end of it :). The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Starbucks and lots of paths and trails to take nice walks. The hot tub was great and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen seemed stocked nicely. Very clean and felt very comfortable. If we come back next year in the winter and it’s just the two of us, we would stay here again. Communication was great as well. Almost too great. Lots of texts from the management company. Had to ignore a few of them because there were so many but appreciated the fact they wanted to make sure we were comfortable.

Great week in Sunriver!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunriver! Our house was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook or bbq our meals. Plus it had fusball and lots of board games. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We slept really well! My sisters family rented a house in the same culsesac and we spent time together there because it was a larger home for both families to share meals. However ours was perfect for our family of four. And the location was ideal as we d walk to the village or ride the fun bikes provided by the owner. It was a great getaway and we would stay there again!

July 2017 Stay

We are so pleased with Bennington's responsiveness to our needs. We bought groceries to make a big breakfast and we were so disappointed in the terrible shape of the skillets in 10 Elk Lane. The cooking skillets were old and worn well beyond what we'd consider safe for use as the Teflon coating was flaking and mostly gone. The kitchen was otherwise well appointed, but we were missing what we needed most. A quick email to Bennington and within a few hours, we had a brand new set of skillets. We couldn't be happier with the great customer service and we will be back to Sunriver in a Bennington property!

Great place for a family vacation.

Simple comfortable home, very pleasant for our family of 4, including two teenagers. The location - close to the village was handy for our errands and the bicycles were used for going to the park or the soccer field. Great weather during our stay, many afternoons were spent in the water of near-by lakes. A great family stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was tidy, hot tub worked about half the time, light bulbs out in overhead fixtures. The washing machine appears to have a small leak. On a positive note, master bed was very comfortable, and living room furniture was nice. Wifi worked, and kitchen appliances worked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Elk Lane 10. It felt like a home vs. a cabin - very clean. The only "problems" we had were that the hallway toilet was not flushing properly. Since it was just my husband and myself, this was not a problem and we did not report it until we checked out. Also, the hot tub was "operational" but all the jets were not working and were weak, so it was more than a soaking experience vs. a spa/hot tub experience. But we were fine with it and did not report it until we checked out. We liked the roominess of the place, and it was so well stocked that we could have left several items at home. It was very close to the village, but far enough away to still be a quiet, peaceful experience. We would stay there again.

We would definitely stay here again. The best part was how Bennington Properties set it up. We so appreciated the porch light on and the heat going when we arrived late. We also felt the informational notes around the house made it easy for us as was the well stocked cleaning supplies. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!
