If you are looking for a great home close to Sunriver Village, complete with a private hot tub and eight SHARC passes, 8 Lynx Lane is the perfect choice!

Tall ponderosa pines surround this nicely furnished, comfortable home. This home has high vaulted ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, and there's a gas grill outside on the deck. After the meal, relax with a dip in the hot tub.

There are two queen bedrooms downstairs, one being a master suite. The third bedroom also has a queen. Upstairs includes a hide-a-bed for another sleeping option. This home sleeps six and has a washer and dryer for convenience.

There are TVs in all the bedrooms, the living room, and the loft, which includes a futon. You'll also have WiFi.

Spend days fly fishing in the Deschutes River or working on your swing at one of the two local golf courses. You'll be glad you chose this wonderful Central Oregon vacation home!

Great vacation house

Overall, the house met all of our needs. There were 7 in our party which included grandparents. Easy walking distance to SHARC and the village. The house was clean and very tidy. Check-in and out was simple ans stress free.

This house is a great value for the price. Nice open plan for living, dining, kitchen. Two separate bedrooms on the first one with with ensuite bath and the other bath in the hall. Note that the upstairs has vanity sinks, but no toilet or bathing. The area is very quiet. The garage has two mountain bikes and one regular one speed. Overall, the place is quite clean. However the blinds in the upstairs bedroom in front of the window are broken and don't pull up. There were a few spider webs, but again overall very clean

Nice family snow retreat

The house is well laid out with all the kitchen amenities necessary and in good working order. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of room for our granddaughters to play while they visited us. Private hottub was great as were the SHARC passes.

Weekend Getaway

Great place for small family getaway. Perfect location for a quick walk for a coffee or a quick walk to the Sharc. Nice having sinks in upstairs bedroom, just wish there had need at least a toilet up there. Nice clean hot tub, quiet setting outside.

Great for kids

Loved the location of this house! We have 3 young kids that love to ride bikes to the village, lodge, and SHARC. The distance was perfect and manageable. The house was very clean, cool with AC, and fully equipped. We will definitely stay here again!

There were only two drawbacks: 1) If you're looking for a good hot tub this one only had two working jets. When we informed the property management about it we were told "that's just how that one is". 2) The sofa has no support. When you sit in it you're going to sink deep into it. Kind of a struggle to get out of it. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 on a rating.

Beautiful house , but disappointed on some amenities

We absolutely loved the layout and how up to date this home is ! Itā€™s furnishing / appliances are very nice & clean . Extremely disappointed though at the fact that we were under the impression the hot tub was in working order . The hot tub did not work & we had to contact the maintenance person to come ā€œ fix ā€œ the hot tub .. & he mentioned that they had received multiple calls to come fix the hot tub & said that just 3 days prior they had to come and fix a hose and leak . One of the main reasons we wanted to book this home was for the hot tub . Also , the shower did not drain and water easily built up in the tub . When showering , the water would get hot and cold randomly .

Nice Place.

This place is located very near water park and The Village. Spacious home with hot tub. The kitchen is suitable for travelers with a plethora of dishes to use. The living room is large and has a gas fireplace which would be awesome on cold days. The couch is gross and has tears in it. There are 3 nice bedrooms with one having an ensuite. The bedroom upstairs has just sinks no toilet. The bedding is basic, with the pillows being borderline unacceptable. The showers and tub are basic, and could use a bit nicer shower head even though they are functional. Carport would be handy on snowy days and is nice enough. The cleaning fees are steep as always as they only had to clean bedding and towels. They also would have to put away the load of dishes we ran. I would suggest corrections on the aforementioned points above as well as running a leave blower on back deck. Overall nice place that I would rent again as the prices were slightly lower than the area average.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting this particular home and we have been very happy with it. The layout is nice with space for the kids upstairs and an open floor plan so no one feels like like they're climbing over each other. The home is new and clean and in a fantastic location close to SHARC & the village. The owners and rental company do a great job of staying on top of any issues, such as a fast response if out of any supplies and the owners replaced a dysfunctional pull out bed. The next 2 things I would suggest are a better assortment of pots and lids and the HOT TUB COVER! The hot tub cover is nearly impossible to get on and off and took 2-3 capable adults to try to maneuver it. Since it was so incredibly difficult to get on/off we ended up leaving it off during our stay. This meant that water evaporated and debris got in, but we didn't have a choice! Something needs to be done about it. It's really a great house, location and price!

Cozy home with private hot tub (that doesn't work) - BEWARE

Like most people looking for a fun and relaxing family get away in Sunriver, there are must haves for a rental property - SHARC passes, BBQ, Hot tub. If any of these are not on the list, we don't even consider the property. This property advertises a hot tub. Previous reviews indicated hot tub issues, but looked like those issues had been addressed this spring with a brand new hot tub, so we booked the place. Details below, but long story short - if the hot tub had worked OR if Vacasa had *appropriately* compensated us for the lack of hot tub which we paid for (VRBO review policy prohibits disclosure of rates, but let's just say the rate for our stay was not trivial), I would give this property 3 or 4 stars. Yes, it has SHARC passes and is close to SHARC and the Village; however, there were a few small things missed such as the BBQ ignition didn't work and there wasn't a match or lighter to be found anywhere in the property(so I had to go to the store and buy one so we could cook our dinner). Also, the TV in the family area needs to be replaced. Since we didn't have a working hot tub, we resorted to watching movies. The main TV is very old and the picture quality is very poor. The sectional couch is also very old and when you sit down on it, you almost sink down to the floor. For those that are alergic to feathers, there are feather pillow throughout the home The hot tub worked for only the first 24 hours of our 4-night stay. After that, it stopped working completely. We contacted Vacasa and they asked me to check the breakers, etc. Checked all those things and looked all good. The maintenance fellow called me shortly after and asked me to check the breakers. When still no sign of life, he had the hot tub fellow call me shortly after that. The hot tub fellow asked me to check the breakers - still no sign of life. They said it was too late to come out that evening, but someone would be there the following morning to get it going. As promised, a fellow showed up the next morning. He spent about half an hour or so and concluded that it was an electrical problem; and he would contact the property maintenance company so they could send out an electrician. The electrician never showed up so 3 of our 4 nights where without a working hot tub. Vacasa offered a very small refund and I told them it was unacceptable. They called me back a little later and offered a bit larger refund, but it still wasn't enough to cover even one night of our stay.

Very conveniently located to everything. Plenty of space for 6 of us and a very peaceful setting. The only negative was that the living room's sectional is in great need of replacement.
