Gorgeous balcony views of the new pool, grassy play area, the ocean, and the huge brick BBQ grills/picnic area. Located without question in the safest, most family friendly, and desirable section in the Myrtle Beach region. The 'A Place At The Beach VI' OCEANFRONT complex is in the much sought after Shore Drive sector just a 5 minute drive to quality restaurants and endless shopping.

Take a moonlight walk to the east coast's longest fishing pier or to live entertainment just across the street. Don't forget about the popular Ocean Annie's beachfront entertainment that's a short sandy walk away but far enough that you won't have to hear their patrons sing! We also have a large Irish restaurant, pizza parlor, arcade, and convenience store within walking distance. A 3 minute drive to golf, 5 minutes to Wal-Mart, Bass Pro Shop, an indoor mall, and Tanger Outlets.

The condo has been well maintained with newer floors, granite countertops, a full sized sofa bed, and a breakfast bar with barstools adjacent to the kitchen table. It comfortably sleeps 6 people. One bathroom off the living room and another full bathroom off the primary bedroom. Free WIFI throughout the grounds so you can telecommute while poolside.

For the active, make the short walk to the lagoon area for some crabbing or kayaking up through the Marsh that approaches the famous Dunes Country Club and Golf Course.

Smoking, trailers, motorcycles, boats, and RVs are prohibited. Weeks are first come first served with the date of the security deposit arrival taking priority. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. Partial weeks must check out on Saturday. Check in is 4 pm and check out is by 10 am on the following Saturday. Linen service not available. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid ID or drivers license.
1 parking pass per unit per week. No exceptions. Extra parking will be up to each guest to find if they choose to bring a second vehicle.
