A few paces from the beach, your condo is also within walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. You’ll love the easy access to the entire island from the desirable East Coast location!

Located in the Maui Building, your ground-floor studio condo is filled with thoughtful touches. Enjoy morning coffee on your private lanai with partial views of the ocean and gardens. Whip up beach snacks in the kitchenette - with a sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Extras include AC, a walk-in shower, beach towels, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and TV.

Islander on the Beach 170 and Islander on the Beach 171 can be connected by an interior door.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with a washer/dryer. However, towel exchanges are offered for guests every Monday and Thursday.

KS ‘73 Huaka'i on Kauai

From the moment we arrived, the convenience of having the lock box right at the door and a room with more than we expected. Two refrigerators plus a nice size freezer. Ice maker right across the way. Goodies and amazing amenities. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely book through you again. Mahalo Nani

Kauai paradise

This was our first time on Kauai and we absolutely loved it. The venue was wonderful; walking distance to the beach, groceries, coffee, restaurants, and bars. The property is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room had ample space for my husband and me. I have to say that the room is in need of some updating. One bed had stained sheets (or were they dirty), the bathroom trash can is rusty, the shower head would not stay put (sliding down the adjustable bar), and the mattresses flimsy with some sort of metal bar (?) on the edges. All of these aren’t terrible considering we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but if you’re looking for something a bit nicer, this might not be the place for you.

Place and location was great. No property manager to contact.

I was having trouble faxing the lease. Called the property manager that you gave me and she no longer works there, she forwarded me to the housekeeping manager who could not help. Poor communication but great property.

Great Location

It`s bare bones as in, there is no room cleaning or towel replacement unless you pay a small fee. Which was fine, we knew that going in, for the price it was worth it. We hardly spent much time in the room anyway. The unit is clean, has a nice patio and the beach is close by although a bit rocky and not really a beach you`d want to hang out at everyday. The location of this unit is great, right next to cocunut market place which has an islant market ( owned by abc stores ) and food places ( bbq, thai, shaved ice etc.. ) I would recommend a small little place there named Sleeping Giant. It`s also close to lydgate pools park which is awesome. They basically created a giant pool in the ocean by blocking the waves using a bunch of rocks. Lots of fish so great snorkling in very calm waters. Great if you have kids. I would highly recommend this spot instead of the local beach. Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay, the price was good, the vibe was pretty cool, cleanliness and staff were on point, location was pretty convenient and it was awesome it had access to a pool and jacuzzi and that it was walking distance from the beach. The rental was pretty clean but smelled like mildew, whenever you walked in the door you were hit in the face by the smell. The beds were pretty uncomfortable with plastic bedliners, made you sweat and the pillows were super flat so neck aches. but beautiful location, quick walk to the ocean. Terrific for us!

The room worked great for us. There were 2 really nice beach chairs accessible that we could use which was a nice surprise. (also an umbrella and two floatings things for the pool which we didn`t use). Wifi was good, pool was nice, hot tub was good. Beds were very comfy and I especially liked the pull down shower head. The only thing that could have made this experience better is if there were 2 keys provided in the lock box. We did lock ourselves out of our room (which was our fault) but could easily have been prevented with a second key or leaving a key with the security on the premises. Beautiful place, but terrible owner

Although the place is part of an hotel, because it is privately owned, the hotel has no relation or responsibility (you don`t know this when you are booking it at or Vrbo. The wifi didn`t work when I arrived, the hotel told me nothing they can do, I spoke with the person in charge of my reservation, she told me she will take care of it, and nothing happened. I called twice more, and she stopped picking up the phone. I called Vrbo and the representative told me she will take care of it, or even change me to another unit, but she never called again. Last day I needed laundry, which the hotels has, but (`surprise`!) only guests of the hotels could use, we were not, so we couldn`t do laundry. All in all, again, the place was very nice, location is great, and the pool (which thanks God we did have access to!) was very nice.
