Doing Sunset in PCB the Right Way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo, clean and in the perfect location. Would love to come back and stay again next year - - hopefully some of the wicker furniture in the living area will be updated with a rocking recliner or other comfy seating to accommodate the max number of guests allowed to all have a seat at the t.v. at the same time :)

Enjoyed the views and the memories!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having just stayed in this unit in August 2026, our first impression was honestly a disappointment. While the views are absolutely stunning and the beds and furnishings were comfortable, the condo itself did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We found dirty towels left behind, dishes that had been put away still dirty, grimy showers, and ocean-facing windows covered with handprints and smudges that immediately caught our attention. It simply wasn't the standard of cleanliness we've come to expect from a vacation rental.The kitchen was also very minimally equipped, with only the most basic cookware and supplies. If you plan to cook during your stay, I'd recommend coming prepared, as the kitchen isn't particularly well stocked. A few cabinets and faucets could use some simple maintenance, and one of the toilets had a persistent leak during our stay. None of these issues are major on their own, but together they gave the impression that the unit simply wasn't receiving the level of care and attention it deserves.That said, the location and views are truly beautiful, and we still had a wonderful vacation because of the company we were with and the surrounding area. We genuinely believe this condo has tremendous potential. With a more thorough cleaning, a little routine maintenance, and a more thoughtfully equipped kitchen, it could easily become a place guests would look forward to returning to. We sincerely hope the owners invest in those improvements, because this property really could be something special.

I’ll first off say that we never come to Panama City beach. My native played in the fast pitch World Series so that was our reason for starting here. Getting to the condo, we asked about an early check in. We had family flying in at the time we were checking in so I requested an early check in. They don’t usually allow early check in during high season but I asked anywhere because it would be my 4 year old and I sitting outside the room until we could check in. They made it sound like it could be an option so my husband dropped us off with all our stuff and headed to the airport. They told me that the condo was under inspection so we couldn’t get in. I sat outside for an hour and a half waiting and not one person was in there or inspecting it. It was HOT!!! That wouldn’t have bothered me except that they made it sound like it was a probability that I could get in early but then just didn’t get back to me. At 3:30 I finally asked if I could get in because no one was in there cleaning and they said yes. After all that waiting, you would think the condo was immaculate but no. Bathroom floors were dirty. Stuff on the walls, dishes were gross, the AC filter looked like it had not been changed in a year (we bought new because I didn’t want to wait on people), the vent filter over stove was orange it was so greasy. It dripped. The one elevator that was working was slow. The other had been broken over a month. It’s still broken. Hot tub not working either. No cake pans no pantry

The check-in process was good, the only surprise was the fee for parking, which was 58 per vehicle for our 5 night stay.The property was clean (the loveseat was a bit dingy, but we put a blanket from the closet over it), the kitchen was very well stocked with all the silverware, plates, bowls, and cooking paraphernalia that you could ever need. The kitchen table was big and nice for everyone to sit around to eat and/or play games/cards.The bathroom exhaust fans are weak and leave the bathrooms very damp after showering. It may be just due to the age of the building(?) The front bathroom near the washer/dryer had a shower head that didn't work properly. It would be nice if the washer/dryer had a door that closed to block the sound but the little room isn't deep enough for that. The view from the balcony was wonderful, with ample seating to watch the beautiful sunsets. The pool and property are very well maintained. Don't go to the pool without an armband or security will be right over to make you get out (and that's a good thing!) The hot tub is large, although we were joined by some unaccompanied children on more than one occasion (parents, do better!). We would definitely book this unit again. The negatives mentioned are FYI's for the owner and wouldn't deter us from booking this unit again.
