As you enter this charming coastal villa, you’ll be welcomed into a vibrant living area with stunning floors, a sofa, two accent chairs, and a tv. In the kitchen you’ll find stainless steel appliances, basic cooking essentials, bar high seating. Through the living room door is the screened-in lanai that has plush outdoor seating.

The primary bedroom has calming décor with crisp linens on the deluxe King bed. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a closet to store vacation bags. The main bathroom has been beautifully updated with a chic vanity and has a uniquely tiled walk-in shower. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Exterior security cameras are present on the premises, but they are inactive. These are not connected or monitored by host.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
